Wasn't knocking your work. Regardless, the first post was far more helpful when it was filled with images.

Maybe MR should remove the limitation for wiki threads such as this one.

Maybe someone has the time to put in the effort.

Thanks for taking the time to organize the info

It would indeed be great if the image limitation was removed.
I already added quite a few images for (some) of the widgets that are really interesting but not for all. I also added price/free with/without in-app purchase to the start topic to almost all categories (still have to do News, Sports News, no category)..

Difference is quick tap doesn't allow you to change the icon..for now. Their FAQS did mention that their next update will let us to change the icon but it's been almost month and a half since last update. I don't know when they'll update the app, really hoping it'll be soon though because this app has a lot of potential to be great like Launcher.

Indeed it would be great if there would be an update for Quick-tap but i'm afraid the developer is afraid that it will be rejected and wants to stay in the App Store with the existing app/widget.

There is also still GestLaunch + Widget (2,99 dollar) which also has a feature to quickly go to e.g. WIFI settings, tweet however there is no feature to adjust or add icons or add a quicklink to send an sms/e-mail/message to a specific contact such as Quick-Tap can. It only has the gesture feature to do this but this is not related to the widget.

I've added the prices/free with or without in-app purchase in the start topic to almost all categories (still have to do News, Sports News, No category.

I have Dataman Pro. There is no widget unless you buy it again ??? This is crazy or am I missing something ?

In BGR they say the widget would come as a free update !

Hmmm that's odd. I have the free version and have a widget. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1415984909.219297.jpg

I don't know where to post this, but this bug is really bugging me, no pun intended. It seems in portrait mode it's fine, however when I have Notification Center in landscape mode in my iPad mini there seems to be an overlap with the date and the below widget.

These might have been mentioned already.

- Philips Hue got updated recently with widgets and it now also supports the iPhone 6/6Plus.

- If you live in the UK the app "Transit" also got updated recently with widget support. Very simple and useful app. It even got full iPhone 6/6Plus support already compared to some other big apps out there.

(On the picture ignore the "no active nearby lines" for the transit widget. I had location services turned off for the app when I took the picture)

The topic start post has been updated with a few more widgets (and images) such as these two great weather widgets:

Wunderstation | Free

BeWeather 2 | 2,99 dollar

And also:
SnoWidget christmas countdown,
CLP+ copy and paste,
SwiftHue,
Usage Widget,
Data Monitor - cellular data tracker,
Tidy - a photo widget,
SNIPP3T Celebrity news and
Puzzle Widget 2048

There is also this great Github widget similar to Quick-Tap which was never submitted to the App Store (due to the Launcher widget removal) unfortunately:

OpenIt | Free, not available in App Store, you can get it on Github. | demo

For over a year notifications have not worked properly in this app . Each update I try it again but it still doesn't work .

Just this morning I got 2 notifications from Parcel App and nothing from Deliveries .

Save your $$

+1. I wasted money on Deliveries and after a week tried Parcel and never looked back. Parcel is the only reliable tracking app for packages in regards to push notifications.

I can't believe Flipboard has not updated with a widget similar like Breaking News or The New York Times...

SnapStats, a new, simple system monitor. Oh, and it's free.

Nice one! I added a screenshot and link to the start post.

It seems another widget (TaptoShare) was removed from the App Store. I can't find anything on the removal on the website of the official website.

These are now removed recently (by Apple or maybe by the developer but i believe it was Apple in all cases):

- TaptoShare
- Launcher
- Paste+
- Favorites Widget

I already read that we can expect that Neato will soon also be removed by Apple but that one is still in the app store and is even 1.99 instead of free so it seems.
