How do you turn on low power mode? Is their a new toggle in control centre?
Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode. Will automatically prompt you at 20% & 10% battery life remaining.

You know why we complain? Because with every ios, it turned out that beta 1 is on par with the GM.I'm always surprised by the number of people who install beta software and then do nothing but complain that it isn't working properly. There's a reason betas aren't released to everyone. They're early, incomplete versions.
Battery drain and lag is always going to occur in the earlier beta builds. Having said that, the lag only lasted a few hours for me, the UI is smooth and snappy on my iPhone 6 Plus, downloading from the app store works fine too, I don't seem to be affected by most of the bugs reported here.
Battery drain is more than usual, though not enough to make me need to revert back.

Is Proactive showing for you? I can't see it on my 4S.Installed ios9 beta on iphone 4s. Carrier and signal bar are not showing. 3G icon also. Does anyone experience this kind of issue? Carrier is Globe Telecom (Philippines)
That sucks. The very least they could do was provide the option for the low power mode to automatically turn on when it reaches a certain percentage.
Me too Tried everything I could but it isn't showing up. May be because of location, since Spotlight Suggestions on iOS 8 were also restricted to a handful of countries.
Add the fact that those people somehow just 'forget' to report those bugs on bugreport.apple.com.
Just checked and definitely there in 8.3. Nice subtle find though.Don't know if this was in iOS8 already, but when you go to Settings - General - TouchID and you put your finger on the sensor the corresponding finger will light up (for example 'Finger 1'). Very nice feature
But I do see it, just not in SearchThink so too, if you don't see this in your location in maps.app. You won't see it in spotlight/search either
There are APIs for that now from what I read. But you won't see it implemented in app updates until iOS 9 is out in the fall (unless you manage to get into beta testing for the app in question).Didn't see it mentioned yesterday but did iOS 9 open up quick replies for 3rd party messaging apps?
You could tell by the carrier Do you live here too?Singapore huh?
do you have any examples of what the new ones sound like?New Siri voices...
Overall, a VERY stable Beta 1. I've been doing betas since iOS 5 and I think this is the most stable so far... the only issue that I'm currently experiencing is horrendous battery life, but that could have been because I was downloading all of my apps again and all that. I'm charging my device now and will spend a day or two to confirm.
