Anyone noticed (from beta 2) you can't delete apps? If I try to delete a new app, homescreen freezes with apps tilting and the only way to recover is respring (or it will respring self in a couple of minutes)
Deleting apps has been working for me in all 3 betas on iPad Air 2

I'm still stuck on this screen since yesterday 7pm UK time

I think it won't, cause this way is similar to updating using OTA. Mine is fine although I don't have dev account either.
I connected to iTunes and now iTunes message is stuck saying "connecting the iPhone software update server"

Ugh, it seems that connection between your pc and Apple server is going wrong.

If possible, try to download full firmware elsewhere and update it through iTunes.

Now in a bit of strife. Someone said reset all settings if you dont get the Siri volume and I did that. Now when I try and enable Siri after the reset, I get a message that the language is not right and my watch wont get Siri. When I go to the watch App now it says cant connect to Watch.

ANy ideas?

I have a few bugs, News crashes after reading for a while, also the Siri volume bug, and the status bar bugs. Also WatchOS 2 beta 3 refuses to activate Apple Pay.

*Edit* I see Apple finally released the WatchOS beta 3 release notes. I see Apple Pay isn't supposed to be active.

Battery life is shocking as mentioned in your original post. Battery life / performance on Beta 2 was amazingly better than iOS 8.4. Getting constant Jetsamevent logs with no third party apps installed. So it seems there is a memory leak. Search page on Beta 2 was working perfectly fine but now its broken. You have covered most of the stuff in original post. UI issues can be resolved like battery setting icons etc but why break something when it was in good working order. I understand its a beta program but they should be progressing forward.

Confirm battery is very bad again compared to B2: standby seems fine, but as soon as you start using the device, battery drops 1% every few minutes... unbelievable!

This is how beta software works (not just at Apple). When updates come out, it's very normal for some things to get better and some to get worse, especially when adding new features. Not every beta is focused on optimizing all parts of the operating system. They're meant to test different features/code for new enhancements.

speaking messages isnt working for me on beta 3 and phone starts to vibrate like it didnt get what i was saying like 10 seconds after i am already on another app.

edit: k it works after a reboot but only til i switch to another keyboard then it stopps working again

We accept glitches and stutters here and there. However it is necessary to keep an overall interface consistency and keep performance at a relative level. That doesn't mean each beta, performance must improve, but at least, don't drop too fast to let testers notice it with no effort. Battery life is the same. I think few testers will say "my phone can use only 10 hrs after installing this beta. Before that I could use 12 hrs. This is not acceptable". But if battery life is halved, or even worse, this is a real problem.

Obviously, beta software is for TEST propose and should not be used as daily drive. But if performance and battery life drops and rises like roller coaster, this would not be good.

Sorry for such messed comments.

iOS 9 Beta 3 - I was so looking forward to this update BUT CARPLAY no longer works - the phone will not connect with my carplay stereo - hmmmm I was looking forward to the music app in the car - might downgrade to 8.4 to get the benefit in the car and see if there is a fix in Beta 4......

Anyone else having issues with carplay in Beta 3???

B3 is an improvement for me, except that iBooks is broken for me. Tried copying a book to it from another app and now it just sits spinning a spinner and hangs when I try to open a book.

Battery life is so bad. But I'm really loving how they improved Photos & Camera app. Works so much faster with 55K library!
