Yeah the photo thing has been said plenty of times on here. The LTE issue I've reported to Apple, Verizon in the USA disconnects and stays on 3G or no connection at all.
For me in NY a new SIM fixed my LTE, but only if you have it on data only. Voice and data has issue, did report to Verizon and feedback to Apple.

Lock screen clock missing. Pressing home button would not bring it back. Even now the clock is still missing.

Clock is missing from home screen. But this bug is not a consistent bug since it comes back after entering other apps and going back to home screen.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but checking batter usage stats isn't working. Just sits there "thinking" and use age never shows up.

I can't access the notification center neither by pulling up from the bottom with my finger nor using the asistive touch. If I reboot the phone it works but after a while it crashes again. And the notification curtain gets very slow specially when there are a lot of notifications ...it takes like two seconds to appear when pulling down

I'm guessing you're still not getting it. I have an LTE iPad. I have an LTE iPhone. When I hit the road, I turn on Personal Hotspot on my iPad, then connect my iPhone to that generated network. I own several VZW LTE accounts, so I don't care about data.

On the road, I use my iPad for a huge nav system. When a call comes in, I can take it on my iPad - which is the wifi hotspot that facilitates "Continuity". Q.E.D. - and not T-Mo only, and I've been doing this since the late betas of iOS 8, almost a year now, and covered in my plan without hacks or tweaks.

That sounds awesome, I though you would need wifi for continuity. So does it work vice versa when your iPhone is the hotspot? Is this a U.S only feature?

is there any way to use apple music without signing up for the three month trial?
Umm, you can try it on local Apple store, since their demo devices has an account available for maybe full Apple music functionality.

If you want to use your own device to try it, I guess, you may have no available method to do this, except you start three months trial.

Music app keeps eating battery, according to the stats. However, I don't have any music on my phone and I don't use the app. Annoying.

Anyone else noticing Apple Pay activating randomly? I'm at home unlocking my phone and the screen will come up "use TouchID to pay with Apple Pay".

Yep it's if you press the home button twice on the lock screen (they took this gesture from the same action on the Watch). Sometimes you don't actually press the home button twice but your phone thinks you did.

What I've noticed so far:

** Battery life is tricky: sometimes I woke up and the iPhone (5s) is at 100%, and some other days it consumes 20% overnight with no mails, calls or any activity. Set it up as a new phone.
** Weather app: seems off-center. Letters on the left are cut in half.
** Most annoying = random loss of keyboard sound clicks and app notifications (especially WhatsApp). If I receive a message, mail, whatsApp or whatever while the phone is charging, I don't get sound notifications at all.
** Animations seem a bit slower., but I don't find this as a big deal for the moment, considering it's a beta.
** Interestingly, I've had no resprings or random reboots (happened a couple of times while on iOS 8.4).

I hope performance and stability improve with further betas.

The personal hotspot option offers either of two connection methods - wifi & BT or USB. For my road trips, like yesterday, I chose the former - for my Comcrap outages last week, I chose the latter with a direct connection to one of my Macs (which always seems to offer faster throughput; to address that question, the MHS provides a wifi network to connect to, for up to 10 devices, and I can still use the iPad. I was in a rural area of WA State where the VZW LTE network is about 10-20 times faster than the slooooow CenturyLink DSL and I needed to transmit several files to a client - I used my iPad Air's MHS to connect two iPhones and a Galaxy S3, and I have UL data, so I don't care about data usage...

I don't use MHS on my iPhone, so I haven't tested it. I have two iPads with UL data cards, and my iPhone is on the same legacy VZW Nationwide plan with UL data, and I'm not tethering with my iPhone for now. I also can't offer comment on whether it's US-only as I haven't tested my setup outside the US - I bring a sat phone for calling when I travel outside the US, it's just easier for me...
