Pretty sure apps with notification turned off used to be sorted to the bottom of the list. Now they're all mixed together.

Siri icon in Location Services is square. Really wondering if this and the square Battery settings icon are mistakes. I mean why 2 square icons when everything else is rounded.

Has anyone noticed the maps traffic notifications on the lock screen? I've seen it in NC but never on the lock screen.

This is a friends phone. When I upgraded to iOS 9 my recent places were erased for some reason.

I've been getting those since the 8.4 betas.

Is anyone else seeing this in the control Panel? Top left above the play back-controls it says Newsify and links to Newsify app if I select it...I have the app installed and do use it, may have missed this as part of iOS 9 change log

This is running from Air 2

the first one says "Man at work / work in progress"; the distance is completely off, but the banner pops up at the right moment, introduced by siri's voice.

Control Center will usually display the name of whatever media that was recently playing, or whatever app is open in the background that may have media embedded. For example, I've got a Safari tab in the background that had a YouTube video embedded on the page. After watching the video, even though I've switched to this MR tab, control center is still showing the media name. If I press he play button, it'll bring me back to that tab and open the video. Same for the YouTube app, etc. This has been happening since iOS 8 I believe. Sometimes clicking the play button does nothing at all. There are times where I've watched a video or played a song in Safari or in an app, switched to something else - and control center is still showing the name of the app or content that was playing the media.

My phone crashed and after the restart I went to Settings and was greeted with the message I needed to change my passcode in 60 seconds! I've never seen anything like that before. I don't remember the exact words but it gave me the choice of basically Now or Later. I chose Now since I didn't know what would happen after 60 seconds if I didn't change it.
Very weird.

Does Beta 3 improve the Photo Library picker performance (with a 40,000+ iCloud Photo Library it takes nearly 10 seconds to open the picker)?
Seems to. Also seem to be able to access photos just taken quicker... beta upgrade was worth it for this as they took 30 seconds to show up with iCloud Photos on iOS 8.x.

Black buttons in control center, reported :D

There's no more "save to original" button when triming videos. I reported it to Apple, but I did try using a phone on 8.4 and there also was not a save to original button. There was at some point!

I think this has been the case since 8.0 or 8.1. I remember back when I was running 8.3 it didn't have it either. Can somebody confirm?

I really wish they made some kind of shortcut to make sure your music starts playing from control center. Maybe hold the play button to force the music app to play. The video thing is pointless especially when it doesn't do anything when you hit play 80% of the time.

I've found two more bugs
1. These is really really minor but for some reason it bothers me a lot! Whenever I wake the phone, the screen turns on, but the Time has like a 1 second lag before it appears.
2. The other one which is far more important for me is that whenever I try to open PDF files from some sites on Safari (the ones that usually Safari offered to open on iBooks, those that can be opened directly on Safari have no problem), it takes me to a blank screen and I am not able to download the file. I even downloaded Chrome to see if it worked but it didn't. I tried opening the same files on a friend's 8.4 iPhone with no issues at all.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've noticed the time on the lock screen thing. It's beta, no reason the get bent out of shape over such a small thing that probably gets fixed by the time final release comes out in the fall.

Now, if it still does it in final release then there is reason to maybe complain. But for now just report and move on :)

that, was a temporary fix. Every time I go from WiFi to data LTE shows up but no network in apps. If I toggle LTE off on works again. The newest think I tried which seems to fix so far , but still testing is removing the beta profile. Wifi to data LTE worked. Will see if keeps working without the beta profile installed.
So this did not work either. Seems the update to iOS 9 fried my SIM card. New one installed and no LTE data issues for 4 hours.

Right after installing beta-3 I noticed the Music icon showing up on the lock screen when I got near my bluetooth enabled car stereo.
Thing is I never listen to the Music app in the car -- I usually listen to audiobooks.
Well the phone must have learnt this because after a few days I'm now seeing the iBooks icon instead of the Music icon.
Well done Apple.
:)

Forgive me if this is the wrong thread to post on. I have the public beta and my keyboard shortcuts randomly disappear and reappear. I left feedback. Hopefully, this is something that will be addressed at some point. Other than that, no real complaints. I have the beta on my main driver and it's running quite smoothly.
