I have the same issues. 6+ on Verizon as well. I turn off the cellular connection in settings and turn it back on. Seems to fix it.

Im having this same issue with Verizon, iPhone 6. It seems to be when I leave a Wifi network, Safari doesn't work. I can use apps such as Facebook, but even links inside Facebook don't work. Turning Cellular off and on fixes it for me too. But its frustrating.

I can confirm this, iPad 3, there isn't any Siri suggestions in spotlight settings. I'll have to wait until iOS 9 GM to try it on the iPhone 6 Plus, don't want to put Beta software on my main device.

There isn't Siri suggestions on my iPhone 6 as well.

Apparently Siri suggestion isn't working at all in Beta 3.

Came across a fairly major issue, but it seems it's only me so far. On my iPhone 6, when I tap the phone icon, it will launch with no data, then crash after about 5 seconds. Anyone else seeing this? I can make calls by asking siri, using maps, or using the contacts app, but the phone app will crash everytime. I've tried a hard reset and it hasn't fixed itself.
I had this on my 6+ with beta 2. I fixed it with several reboots and deleting and reloading my contacts. It seemed that it was hanging on loading the contacts. My contacts are synced from a Microsoft Exchange server, so it was no problem for me to remove and replace them. I can not say for sure that is what fixed it but that is when I got it to work, so I'd say that it was likely. Just keep messing with it and I bet you'll fix what ever you have holding it from loading. Good Luck!!!

Working for me. I disabled, restarted, and enabled. Waited almost an hour and they began to show up.

I haven't seen anyone complain about my particular problem, and I'm hoping it's not just me. I have my phone set to only require a passcode after 4 hours of being locked (touch ID disabled for unlock), but with the public beta (which I understand is the same as beta 3) my phone makes me enter my password every time I want to unlock, no matter how long it's been locked, as if the setting was to require the password immediately. Anyone else?
Sorry to repeat, but has anyone else had this problem? If you don't use the same settings as me, could you try it to see if you can replicate the problem? I've seen one other mention of it on another forum, but nothing else so far. And I did report it via the feedback app.

I saw people having it in earlier betas. Guess they haven't fixed it. Best thing would be to report it with the feedback app.

Saw something in Maps today that I'd never seen before.
I was in the middle of navigating when I got a wide blue bar at the top of the navigation screen saying that a quicker route (by two minutes) was available and did I want to switch to it.
I clicked the Go button and the route updated accordingly.

I wonder whenever we'll be given those speed improvements that were rumored. So far, iOS 9 is way more laggy than iOS 8. I know it's beta, but you want to properly test performance improvements right?

I'm anxious iOS 9 will yet again slowdown my iPhone, despite all the rumors.

Word back from Apple Dev relations. iPad two finger keybaord gestures have been removed purposely from iPhone.

Apple.com/feedback if you miss it like me. Best feature ever.

Mine is like batting1000's (less gaps) also iPhone 6. If you have a different phone that could be why there is different spacing because of screen size. (If you also have a 6 make sure you don't have zoom turned on.)

The 4" screen size vs. iPhone 6's 4.7" definitely contributes to the issue, but it seems like the UI is a bit wonky for him.

I overlayed both screenshots without resizing them. Notice how the fourth icon of the foreground screenshot does not match up to the background screenshot.

Touch ID just let me in without my fingerprint (I assume).

I pressed home button, held finger down, nothing happened. No "try again" bouncing text. No success or "try again" with different finger. Then just swiped to unlock, no passcode required. Touch ID set to require finger/passcode immediately (there is no other option).

Has anyone else ever had this? I have no way of knowing whether or not it verified that my fingerprint was legitimate, or whether it just let me in without any authentication.

Yes. This happened to me on beta 2. I pushed the home button to come out of standby and the screen came on with the passcode panel visible for an instant then the phone unlocked. It all happened so fast I couldn't tell if it registered my fingerprint or just bypassed it all and opened. I should be clear that I didn't hold my finger on the home button the whole time. Just tapped to come out of standby and bam it opened the phone.

Anyone have trouble with Onenote opening notes? App opens as it should but tap on a note to open it and it just spins and spins. Eventually a yellow warning triangle pops over the name of the note.

On the iPad, watching a video no longer pauses when browsing from another tab. That was so annoying before.

Speaking of video. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before. But when viewing a video from within safari's player it now correctly shows the buffering in the timeline bar (Most if not all of iOS 8 it would always just show a full (dark) buffered timeline bar even though it wasn't fully buffered yet.

iOS 8 always showed buffered bar for me...
