New assistive touch option in setting. If you remove everything except the one that act as a home button, you will have a virtual on screen home button. Tapping it will simulate pressing the home button immediately (no pop up menu)

My iPhone 6 Plus' battery after updating to beta 3 is horrible,
The handset is hot and battery drain really fast.

In fact when I connect it to PC via USB,
the speed of battery drain is faster than charging, that means it's charging, but the battery % is decreasing...

Anyone facing similar issue with me?

Only issue I came across last night was once I upgraded the iPhone was on 10%, turned sleep cycle and DND mode on charged the iPhone. Woke up at 7am this morning batter was on like 54% and hot! Went to downgrade didn't work but in 1 hour battery percentage went 97% from the 54%

Thank you, it worked with me.

Sort of worked for me it shows Siri app suggestions, but nothing about news or nearby etc. Yet last night it was showing everything temp glitch I imagine

*EDIT* After doing the above for spotlight search, as mentioned only some showed I then went into the settings turn app store off and on again and its seem to be working correctly.

Was it already mentioned that Health can track sexual activity? Such as, well, activity, if you used protection or period for girls? I think that's nice.

I can't speak for any women on here when it comes to that as I don't know if it would help or not.

BUT I can honestly say I have no clue why you would track sexual activity....Is there really any need?

And here are some more News screenshots for everyone
Cool! Can you by any chance add a regular website to display latest entries? Specifically, can you try adding Neowin for example? Thanks in advance!

Well, maybe for people planning a baby or something like that, that'd be a cool feature.

Beta 3 is even worse than 2 on my 5s: control center lags like hell, the phone is hot, the animation when turning the keyboard in landscape is laggy and the most frustrating thing of all, there is this small delay when I press on an app to open it.

Is anyone having a hard time getting the news app to load more links? Seems like I have to refresh at the top for it to load more at the bottom. Otherwise it just sits there "loading."

I haven't experienced any battery issues like others have in this thread. Last night my phone was at 100% around 9pm, I wasn't on it too much before going to bed, maybe checked and deleted some emails or whatnot, but I didn't charge it overnight like I normally do.

When I woke up, my battery had only drained 1% and was at 99%. It was not in low power mode either.

My Verizon iPhone 6 plus is having LTE data issue. No connection and reset network works for about 10 minutes. 3G works fine if I turn LTE OFF

I too have experienced this, after fresh install of the public beta. What I have found that seems to have fixed it is under the LTE settings, I set it to "Data Only" instead of "Voice and Data" So far my LTE data on Verizon has worked fine since this change. I have the iPhone 6.

Charging via PC USB slot is always very slow as most USB slots don't provide anything like the power of a standard charger, then additionally if you are actually using the device (screen on) the chances are regardless of IOS 9 that the device would discharge faster than it can charge.

The 6 Plus benefits greatly from using an iPad charger if you want fast charging. I'd recommend picking one up for $15 and using that rather than the usb on your computer.

My MacBook Pro charges my iPhone 6 pretty good. About the same rate as the wall charger.

Under Reproductive Health, you have the options for Basal Body Temperature (lowest body temperature during rest), Cervical Mucus Quality, Menstruation, Ovulation Test Result, Sexual Activity, and Spotting.

All of these are intended for tracking pregnancy/period health. Besides, the only one a (biological) male could take advantage of is Sexual Activity, which lets you mark when you had sex and if protection was used.

I can't speak for any women on here when it comes to that as I don't know if it would help or not.

For couples attempting to get pregnant, it's great. They know when the last instance was and if it was unprotected or not. It works the other way around to, for couples who are trying to avoid getting pregnant.

Came across a fairly major issue, but it seems it's only me so far. On my iPhone 6, when I tap the phone icon, it will launch with no data, then crash after about 5 seconds. Anyone else seeing this? I can make calls by asking siri, using maps, or using the contacts app, but the phone app will crash everytime. I've tried a hard reset and it hasn't fixed itself.

I haven't seen anyone complain about my particular problem, and I'm hoping it's not just me. I have my phone set to only require a passcode after 4 hours of being locked (touch ID disabled for unlock), but with the public beta (which I understand is the same as beta 3) my phone makes me enter my password every time I want to unlock, no matter how long it's been locked, as if the setting was to require the password immediately. Anyone else?

Report it with the feedback app.

I thought that in iOS9 if I swipe to the left at the home screen, I'll get Spotlight/Siri suggestions page, but nothing like that happens to me. Is it disabled in the public beta or on iPhone 4s? Or maybe I understood this feature wrong?

A5 devices don't get Proactive. Not even "insert headphones and audio app is suggested" it seems :(

I can confirm this, iPad 3, there isn't any Siri suggestions in spotlight settings. I'll have to wait until iOS 9 GM to try it on the iPhone 6 Plus, don't want to put Beta software on my main device.
