The 4" screen size vs. iPhone 6's 4.7" definitely contributes to the issue, but it seems like the UI is a bit wonky for him.

I overlayed both screenshots without resizing them. Notice how the fourth icon of the foreground screenshot does not match up to the background screenshot.

I have an iPhone 5S

In the photo app everything seems to be alright

I saw people having it in earlier betas. Guess they haven't fixed it. Best thing would be to report it with the feedback app.
Glad to hear it's not just me. I reported it and hope they fix it soon because I don't like to lock my phone (even with Touch ID, yet I need a passcode enabled in order to use Apple Pay.

Touch ID just let me in without my fingerprint (I assume).

I pressed home button, held finger down, nothing happened. No "try again" bouncing text. No success or "try again" with different finger. Then just swiped to unlock, no passcode required. Touch ID set to require finger/passcode immediately (there is no other option).

Has anyone else ever had this? I have no way of knowing whether or not it verified that my fingerprint was legitimate, or whether it just let me in without any authentication.
That's happened to me too. One of several Touch ID anomalies in the betas, unfortunately.

iOS 8 always showed buffered bar for me...

Yes, but the bar would always show as fully buffered (dark) even when the video was only say half buffered. Since installing PB yesterday for me at least it's finally been showing the correct amount of buffered video on the bar.

Ask Siri to turn own low-power mode is currently not possible.
(Siri says it's turned the mode on, but the screen shows "Content Not Avaliable")

I too have experienced this, after fresh install of the public beta. What I have found that seems to have fixed it is under the LTE settings, I set it to "Data Only" instead of "Voice and Data" So far my LTE data on Verizon has worked fine since this change. I have the iPhone 6.

that, was a temporary fix. Every time I go from WiFi to data LTE shows up but no network in apps. If I toggle LTE off on works again. The newest think I tried which seems to fix so far , but still testing is removing the beta profile. Wifi to data LTE worked. Will see if keeps working without the beta profile installed.

Why when I swipe on the right my home screen to access the search page I get no suggestions, no most used apps, no frequently contacts? All I got is a blank page.
I'm on the Public Beta.

What I did to get mine going is swipe down to get the normal spotlight and tap on setting. Notice pops up ok that. Then swipe to the new spotlight do the same. Hold power and home for s hard reboot. Then check, just worked for me.

Just did an hard reboot like you suggested.. nothing changed:

2 things to try: turn off siri suggestions, reboot, and turn them back on, and sign out of iCloud, reboot, then sign back in. Or do both before rebooting and turn both back on afterwards. This seemed to work for me, although proactive is a little intermittent, it may vanish again later even if this does work.

Anyone have issues with Control Centre not showing when you swipe up? Have to reboot every now and then as Control Centre refuses to display, very annoying. Had this issue on Beta 2 as well and disappointed to see it still there. :(

Has anyone noticed the maps traffic notifications on the lock screen? I've seen it in NC but never on the lock screen.

This is a friends phone. When I upgraded to iOS 9 my recent places were erased for some reason.

It has been so long since I even got information like traffic even in NC and I don't know why. I never get traffic info anymore :-/

There's no more "save to original" button when triming videos. I reported it to Apple, but I did try using a phone on 8.4 and there also was not a save to original button. There was at some point!

Posted this a couple of pages back. Was new to me as well.

I don't know if this is an issue that other people have seen. Whenever I go into the Wallet app, it seems that my iPhone's display brightness shoots up close to the max. Anyone else see this?
This is not a bug. It cranks up the brightness all the way to the max so that QR code scanners can read the QR code on the passes. It's always worked this way.

I swear to god I've never experienced such a horrible beta in any other device like this beta, really made me hate my iPhone and apple watch for this last month, horrible battery life, laggy UI, apps constantly crashing, I feel like I'm using a 5 year old phone, not to mention my apple watch dies in 4 hours yes 4 hours are you kidding me? I don't even use it and it dies so fast, but it's ok lesson learned, no beta for me in future iPhones.

If I turn off siri spotlight suggestions, can I still get this kind of notification? Better yet, where are the proactivity settings?

Settings > General > Spotlight Search

There are no specific settings to fine tune proacitivity. It sort of just does everything on its own...hence the name. I believe the traffic notification is apart of the Siri Suggestions toggle, but don't quote me on that.
