iOS 9.1 Beta 3 Changes, Fixes & Bugs

I have a iPhone 6 Plus 128G with iOS 9.1 Dev Beta 2 installed. Attempted to do as OTA Update and my device hung half way through the update? Never happened before. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had to do an DFU Shift recovery restore using iOS Dev Beta 3 with iTunes. Phone is now syncing my 120+ GIGs of data from iTunes.

SO glad I had done a iTunes Backup this morning on 9.1 Beta 2.

I get that it's noticeable, but that's really all that it is, there's nothing more to it aside from annoyance of noticing it that some people might have (out of the ones that even notice it). It doesn't excuse anything, just an observation about it.

Similar to the airplay popup with iOS8 on iPads. Only solved with 8.3.

Yeah I have the text tone options for Sync but I was looking in ringtone vibrations. My bad ^_^

Also I do have the option for it on beta 3.

I don't see any option for "sync" on my 6s

I turned them off then killed Safari and then turn them back on and they seem to be working now

I did just get a 6S but my voice dictation key is missing on my iPhone but IS on my iPad. I thought it was there in beta 2. Anyone else can confirm or correct me.

So much fascination about the trivial Settings glitch. It's kind of interesting how it's one of the bigger more frequent questions that comes up, yet it's pretty much the least severe (for lack of a better word) glitches of them all.

Agreed. Such a minor thing that will get fixed. Priority should always be given to performance and security issues.

It does appear they increased the latency for when the phone unlocks with touch ID.

Doesn't seem any different on my 6.

Any updates regarding downloading office files with safari? On iOS 9 + 9.0.1 there is no option to open in... (word) like in 8.4.1... THX!

It may have gotten disabled in the course of the update. Look under Settings/General/Keyboard and make sure Dictation is enabled.

Seems like the zoom in the wallet app has been fixed. I can also go to the multitasking menu from the home screen with 3D Touch and I wasn't able to before.

I'm on 9.0.2 now and I'm able to do that.

the bug when clearing the recently used apps in switcher then rebooting, is fixed. switcher remains empty

Definitely new. They put in the ones shown in the iPad pro demo.

I always do an iTunes backup before each and every beta. 95% of the time I didn't have to.

I noticed on my 6S,that when I flick up the notifications pulldown, that the home screen shifts ever so slightly. Never noticed if it did it before but I did notice it on the very first time I did it after updating.
