Is this "Share..." option new when selecting text? I thought it just showed "Select", "Select all" and "Paste", sometimes "Define..." And the B I and U for editing text (in mail).

It's a bug everyones sees multiple times a day. You forget about it but then get reminded every time you open settings. No major bug but very visual.
Not if you don't close/kill the settings app. Seems it only happens the first time settings is opened. Subsequent openings seems normal.

Enough with this ******** excuse. UI and UX matters most to most people. This is a very eye-soaring issue because it is visible every time. Go back to the older iOS versions (before 7). Remember such a UI glitch that went unfixed for so long? Not even the betas had such issues. The lack of polish in newer versions by Apple is just shameful.
The thing about this "bug" is you have to tell the uitableviewcontroller where to scroll to in code to start at that location. So it tells me it's on purpose. Maybe by checking metrics of what settings are used most, apple decided that's a most used area people go to without changing the entire layout of the settings app... I dunno but that going to a particular section/row of a table isn't a bug developers have to wrestle with.

After the initial opening of the iOS Weather app, every time I open it my background wallpaper "peaks" through. I verified this on both 9.1 beta 3 and my wife's 9.0.2. Anybody else confirm this?

This exactly. I highly value the UI, and UX. The settings bug is just a really annoying UI bug.

This reminds me how bad the iTunes / App Store login text boxes look in iOS8 onward (unspaced, square) compared to iOS7 (spaced, rounded). I've been lodging that bug for ages; they don't care about finer details anymore…

I'm really surprised, since 9.1 beta2 my iPad Air 1 is running like new, really smooth, I was about to get an Air 2 before this but I think I'm gonna wait a little bit.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet (I didn't check every page on the thread but I checked the first to see if it had been added)

But the Calendar bug when tapping into "today" no longer requires 2+ taps.

I noticed on my 6S,that when I flick up the notifications pulldown, that the home screen shifts ever so slightly. Never noticed if it did it before but I did notice it on the very first time I did it after updating.

My 6 does that too. Odd.

It's done that since even the earlier betas of iOS 9. I haven't tested it but I'm sure it only happens when you have parallax wallpaper enabled.

Well it gets killed more than any other app for me. I never manually close apps unless there is some issue. But settings is almost always white in the multitasking screen.

I don't have it enables. Only static wallpapers.

It happens if you were tilting the phone slightly before entering the notifications panel. Whenever you pull down notifications, the home screen is frozen to be blurred as background for the pull down. When you flick it away, it is live again. The live version will probably be in another position (you moved your phone slightly) and there is a discrepancy between the old position and the new.

When turning 3D Touch into "light" setting a lag/lagency appears when pressing a homescreen icon. This happens only in "light" setting. At Medium and Firm setting icons on homescreen reacts immediately.

Can someone tests this behaviour? Does this only happens on my device, or only in Beta 3?

Confirmed here

This on a 6+: app switcher animation is smoother than b2 (and 9.01), but still not the buttery 60fps goodness of turning transparency off. General animations, like the app start zoom, are a bit better than b2, but slightly stuttery for some reason (regression compared to 9.01).

Since installing beta 3 I've had reminders stuck in my Proactive Search screen. It's something I've never seen not even once happen on my phone throughout the entire summer till now (from 9.0 PB 1 to 9.1 PB 3)

It sits between contacts and apps and a much larger text beside it saying "scheduled reminders". (See image)

Has anyone else had this?
