Your forgot to mention the Feedback app on the device itself for bugs as well. You don't have to use their website. If using El Capitan you can also use it's feedback assistant and choose iOS 9 as well by opening the application on OS X, choosing New Feedback, and top right corner choose "change" and choose any beta programmes.
No not good idea. The website is better, because you can add more details information than file. And can create bug report for other theme e.g OSX,QuickTime,iOS sdk, xcode etc...

The thing about this "bug" is you have to tell the uitableviewcontroller where to scroll to in code to start at that location. So it tells me it's on purpose. Maybe by checking metrics of what settings are used most, apple decided that's a most used area people go to without changing the entire layout of the settings app... I dunno but that going to a particular section/row of a table isn't a bug developers have to wrestle with.
This is incorrect. Please don't come with this out of your behind, and let us developers tell you that this is a bug.

I heard people were having issues with crashing and rebooting on the 6s with b2. Has anyone with the 6s installed b3 yet? Any issues?

I have. The last two mornings have found myself with a frozen phone. Had to hard reset to start it. One night was on b2, next on b3.

So synchronised isn't available for me either.
Synchronized setting is only available on the new ringtones (not classic ones) and not for all notifications. It's not avaiable on Ringtone and some others. Really really confusing/weird the current ring/vibration settings.

Some fine tuning is here needed from Apple.

Can someone please post this updated wallpaper from the beta release? I haven't had any luck in finding it via Google and after adopting 9.0 beta's, I'm fairly happy staying on the stable channel for the time being.
Thanks in advance!

Lol. Just one of those bugs that seems obvious but apple can't be bothered to fix.

Im still not convinced its a bug. It hides two things which are hardly used and probably never used the first time you visit settings. It makes settings cleaner the first time you open it. I still stand by my original assessment that its a feature not a bug. (I know people don't agree, but I enjoy this feature. I never use those two items and Im glad they are hidden on first open).

i just installed beta 2 again and wow. its better than 9.0.2 and beta 9.1 beta 3. they need to go back beta 2 speed!

I believe that's due to your Apple Music subscription running out. Mine changed, and I'm not on 9.1 PB 3.

No I'm definitely still on a family plan. One screenshot is my wife's phone running iOS 9.0.2 and one is mine running iOS 9.1 (b3). We are both on the same family plan.

I think you're right, there is no reason why airplane mode needs to be seen daily for a lot of people

Uhm...i think that you guys may be on something... but, if this is the intended behaviour, the real reason, IMHO, is more linked to the fact that in this way you know that there's something up there, that you can scroll and reveal new content. This makes the new search bar MUCH more discoverable. MUCH more discoverable. In such case this would surely be a very clever solution (but really not very elegant IMHo) to suggest the presence of the search bar.
I'm still divided...bug or intended? Has anybody filed a radar on this? If it gets closed as "works as intended" we get our answer.

I received my 6s Plus last night, updated my 6 Plus to beta 3, unpaired watch, backed-up in iTunes, downloaded iOS 9 beta 3 for 6s Plus, restored the 6s Plus using the 6 Plus backup, repaired to watch. Haven't seen any push notifications on the iPhone today. Anybody else?

Hy Guys,

when Messages only is open in front off and want to change to Homescreen with 3d Touch (Appswitcher), the Gesture from left side, it doesn´t work correctly. right ?

My Bluetooth headset is now functioning correctly, previously when answering a call on the headset I needed to quickly switch the source back to the phone and then to the headset or there was no sound.

It seems to have for me. Beta 2 when my phone was locked didn't play my text tone sometimes. But so far beta 3 has been ok.

Same here. Used to irritate me to no end.

Not related, on b2 I would have the hardest time connecting my phone to my bluetooth speakers (though not in the car). I'd have to keep turning the speaker on and off (finally realized a shortcut was just to reconnect it in Settings via the phone). On b3 it connected this morning with no problem. Also, I've noticed that songs are no longer stopping mid song and going to a new song with no prompting from me.
