Glad to see the zoomed Wallet bug is fixed. I believe this affected people updating to new iPhone 6s from older devices using an iCloud backup (rather than fresh install).

Everything feels much smoother and faster on my 6s+ Plus. Not seeing the lag I was seeing at times under 9.0.2. Typing in Spotlight Search works fine. Not seeing any lag with Control Center either.

None of the bugs I've seen in 9.0.2 (for example playback volume instead of ringer volume being used after viewing a Live Photo lockscreen wallpaper) were listed as being fixed in 9.1. Hopefully they were.

Everything else seems smoother BUT opening Spotlight is SIGNIFICANTLY laggier than before. How did they screw that one up?

I'm hoping it sorts itself out, but other than that everything else seems the same if not slightly better.

OTA update is 219 MB on iPhone 5S running 9.0.2.
That's big ... I'll wait updating unless it runs very smooth.
You should try it while you can still downgrade back to 9.0.2 if you wanted to. But I haven't heard of anyone not thinking 9.1 was better than 9.0.1/9.0.2 even the betas.

Just installed 9.1 on my iPhone 6s Plus and I'm not seeing the news app - Why??

I can configure the news app in settings but it's not showing.

The new option " Show Contact photos" does not appear in iphone 5S but is present in iPad.
I don't think the option to display contact photos was ever made available for devices smaller in size than the iPhone 6. With this version they simply added a user controlled option to enable/disable that setting (for those larger sized devices that already had it enabled by default before).

Dynamic wallpapers are now bugged, the screen turns black occasionally when returning to the homescreen.

Otherwise, the multitasking UI is as smooth as beta 5 was. Which is better than 9.0.2 was.

Not sure if it's always been the case.

But you can now 3D Touch bookmarks to 'Peek and Pop' into sites.

Is it just me or the locking sound effect is different?
I swear i'm hearing it a lot faster than usual on my iPad Mini when i close the cover and it locks the screen.

Can anyone confirm if need to see a doctor?

I can confirm. It almost sounds like it's cutting off, before the sound is finished.

I've had this issue for all of the iOS 9 and 9.1 betas - I have a bug report submitted.
