found a video about animation disappearing bug, watched few more videos and all the infected devices has got assistive touch button,maybe that can be a reason for triggering the issue.

Pff... I am usually happy with betas buts 9.2 beta 2-3 decreased my 6+ battery life significantly. 2.5 hrs of usage and its %57 already:/
I love the disappearing animations, I wish there were an option for that. Feedback@apple.com?
My 6+ has degraded battery life as well. It can last 7. 5 hrs of usage only since iOS 9.
Damn my iPhone is performing really bad.Cant get more than 4 hours of battery life and on top of that this irritating lag.Screw this ****

Apple is investigating the issue where mobile data is being heavily used under Documents & Sync while the phone is sleeping. There seems to be mobile data leaking in the background.
I reported this bug and they contacted me to ask for one iOS log, which I then provided them.

People with battery issues, please keep a look at mobile data usage while the phone is put to sleep... If that is increasing a lot (a few megabytes) whilst the phone is sleeping for about 30 minutes, then you may have this problem.
If we start to isolate and investigate the problems we have and properly report them to Apple, at least this type of thread would be more useful.

As of late, I haven't noticed it being an issue. Getting on a plane Sunday so I'll know for sure then.
Give it a day or two. Yesterday, my battery was down to 20% after 4 hours of usage (6s), typically I get 8-10 hours of usage. Today, I'm at 2 hours of usage and still at 93%.
My battery life is amazing so far: 7,5h Usage with 40 hours of standby and 52% left on the iPad Air 2.
This is terrible. I feel stupid seeing my Android friends using their phones very quickly, and having to wait every single animation to finish before interacting with my phone.
Did you check Documents & Sync with WiFi off to see if it is increasing by a few megabytes after about 30 minutes or more?
That is the issue with my 6s Plus...
that is an exaggeration and you know it.
you were never 'waiting' for every single animation on your phone whilst feeling stupid that your friends were zipping along on their androids.
