I'm back with this bug:
1. Create a playlist in itunes
2. On device make it available offline
3. All tracks will download
4. Remove a track from the playlist
5. Track stays offline on device, but it should be removed
Got a reply from apple and this is somewhat crazy:

This issue behaves as intended based on the following:

Removing a song from a playlist should not delete the download. For instance, what if the song is in multiple playlists, or the song was made offline in another view, then added, then removed from the playlist.

Really? And when did that happen?

I tried, i tried really hard to catch an iOS version that was ****, but couldn't, it must be me, right...?!

My i6s with 9.1 runs great, no stutter, or hick ups, lags or what so ever, even my battery life is great, i contantly get 7+ hrs of usage, and 50-60hrs stand by time, and i actually use my phone for like everything...

Btw.: I love when people come here and start whining when their BEAT software on their phone has bugs, or lags. FFS, that is a BETA software...

Yeah, that beta software is called iOS 9.

Im suprised you are still here, and reading this forum, instead of the android based forums, no offence btw... And sorry for the off topic.

Well why don't you try launching and using third party apps instead of swiping left and right to catch stutters? If that's all you care about then stop buying expensive phones because clearly that's not what you need them for. One iOS advantage that Google can NEVER catch up is the third party app experience. Everything just runs so much better on iOS. But hey, what do I know? Any opinion that praises Apple is unacceptable nowadays anyway.
"My car's engine broke down." "Yeah, but it looks really nice".

Sense, it does not make.

Radon: I've noticed your continued annoyance with your iPhone. Time to explore greener pastures with an Android? You just might find yourself happier constantly trying to upgrade to the latest flavor of marshmallow or whatever the latest flavor only to find out that you can't because of any number of excuses. Been there done that! The iPhone world is so much better!
I am in both ecosystems except heavily invested more in Apple.Got a Nexus 5 on Marshmallow and a Nexus 7 to complement my iPhone and iPad.Each have their pros and cons.Android does stutter except that since 2013 when I bought both,no update slows the device down.On iOS,the device starts out smooth, but eventually slows down to the point that my Nexus and iPhone give near identical experiences.

Not only the settings app but also the phone and calculator app blank in app switcher

Apple was very classy to answer you, because that's the truth, really.
If you want to remove a song from your playlist and the file, use Itunes on a Mac and hold the Option (?) key when you try to delete the song.

Have you reported it?

"This issue should be fixed, but does not prevent me from using iOS 9"

Or does it prevent you from using iOS 9?

It certainly doesn't given that the issue of stutter in some places is much more along the lines of "my windshield wipers leave streaks when I use them" than it is anything even close to "my car's engine broke down".

My windshield wipers leave streaks when I use them. It's very annoying, but I can't do anything about it because the car company says I have to use those wipers until they come out with better ones. However, I could buy a new car that has windshield wipers that are engineered to work better with that model.

Haha!

Enjoy your phone man and don't let the little things bring you down.

Comparing an engine failure and slight animation issues on a phone makes sense to you?

Phone still works perfectly fine, even with those animation issues. Priorities my man, priorities. :)

My 6+ is the complete opposite. My battery life is outstanding.
Well its a first for me too. Usually people complain and I'm just like ''well its quite the opposite for me'' But here I am with a great phone that I have to charge 2 times a day. That's sad. I am not complaining btw, I know this is a beta software and its more than natural to have bugs and glitches and beside the battery issue, which seems almost non existent among other forum users, performance is amazing^^

Give it a day or two. Yesterday, my battery was down to 20% after 4 hours of usage (6s), typically I get 8-10 hours of usage. Today, I'm at 2 hours of usage and still at 93%.
Its been 3 full days now and it doesnt seem to go any better. Luckily I always carry a xiaomi 10400mah with me so battery issue is no biggie. And the performance is great so far.

Doesn't seem like the company is saying that and is making and working on updates to make the existing windshield wipers work better. That's not counting that various people with the latest model experince similar windshield steaks.

(But, hey, at least that's a much more comparable and reasonable analogy vs. various people consistently going for the extreme and using "the car's engine stopped working" as something that is supposedly similar somehow.)

5s and mini retina.

Didn't notice any difference compared to beta 2 these past several days. Spotlight work better in beta 2.

Waiting for beta 4 now!

Tips for unsatisfied forum members: while I believe iOS 9 is degradation in term of performance compared to iOS 8, parroting lags doesn't solve the problems. We can only report and wait for new versions.

Unhappy? Just sell the device. I've sold my air because of the performance. Device is only "tools"—life has more to offer!
