I'm pretty much a stickler for these things as well, and as far as I can tell both Control Center and the app switcher are buttery smooth now. Way, way better than 9.2.1. Hope that helps :)
Good to hear. Thanks a lot:)

There's a bug in iOS 9 that has been driving me nuts.
Idk if this is only happening to me, hope you guys can test it to see if this also happens to you.
So, the thing is, when downloading/updating an app from AppStore, while it's downloading, you click on the app to pause it, but the progress bar will go on by itself.

Let me show you:

1. App is normally downloading.

2. You want to pause it. Ok, you paused it.

3. But then... right after you clicked pause, the pause "icon" is gone, and the progress circle starts going by it self, and then stops, everytime, exactly at this point:

Then you don't know if it's actually paused, or it's downloading. It's so frustrating!
Can you guys test it, please?!

Interesting bug......may I ask, why would you click on the app during the update to pause it....I am a bit confused , sorry :)

What drives me nuts is the random apps that don't download all the way. They get stuck halfway and you need to reboot to 'complete' it. I think all of the 9.3 betas have had this, perhaps even earlier.

This started for me when iOS 9 was released. Happens on multiple devices. I've submitted feedback a couple of times.

This also happens on my 4s on iOS 7.1.2

If it happens that far back, isn't it possible that it's an issue on the App Store server side of things? I don't remember it ever happening pre-iOS 9.

I have the bug in ios 9.2.1 that the notifcation slide from up to down doesnt work. After a few days when the phone is online i dont get the little arrow/dot to slide down.

Is this bug being fixed in the beta?

Nobody see it maybe but iTunes/ Appstore setting is missing or moved somewhere. It was on settings screen, under iCloud. Now I can't find on any of my 2 devices
It's showing up just fine for me. Right under the iCloud pane. Maybe try a hard reset?

Can any iphone 6 plus user report if 9.3 beta 4 fixed the control center and app switcher stuttering precisely ? These two problems drive me crazy every time i try to use my phone without reducing transparancy.
At least on the 6 they're really smooth. Not sure which iOS version you're on.

No, I was talking about other issue, that you described, where the apps get stuck halfway, that affects my 4s on 7.1.2. The "Pause" issue that I described with pics do not happens on my 4s, it only affects my 5S on iOS 9.

It's new to 9.3. I never used the iTunes Store, so used to be able to get rid of the icon by disabling it in Restrictions. Unfortunately, now as you say, disabling iTunes Store removes the entire App Store Settings section.

Quite annoying really, given it didn't do it before. Another app in my Junk folder, to sit alongside other forced junkware like Apple Watch, Find My Friends, Health, Find My iPhone, Tips, Stocks, etc

After using this beta for a week now i've definitly seen a dip in the performance of the battery, the rest of the 9.3 betas were great with regards to battery performance.

Hope this isn't the sign of things to come and it's a battery blip.

looks like a feature..it seems they force iTunes application to stay on device.

That seems logical to me. If you are restricting access to iTunes, why would you want the user to be able to muck around with the settings for iTunes?
