Thus marks the end of another iOS major releases beta cycle, I still think iOS 7 had the best betas though (by best i mean most interesting, iOS 7s betas were shocking at the start)

Yes, the change was so enormous !

Guys, the purpose of a beta is for developers to test their apps on it. If you're not happy with a beta as a daily driver, downgrade and wait for the final version to be released.

What if we're not happy with 8.4.1 as a daily driver either?

Seriously? This has been a terrible iOS beta cycle. iOS 9 beta 5 sucks how can they release such crap software after announcing such huge changes. I installed beta 5 and it was crap. iOS 9 is already a let down.

It seems some people on here are surprised! The GM is ready and being put into the new iPhones as we speak. GM after event. Simple.

IOS 9 beta 6 is out

:p
just kidding

I don't think there will be any more betas until Apple announces the new iPhones as they don't want to leak out any info about them.

you know

Force Touch
12 megapixel camera
A9 chip
2gb ram
bendgate fix
new colours,rose gold and pink

Well it wouldn't surprise me if the GM turns out to be a flop considering what a flop beta 5 is. I would have expected a much more polished and fluid bug free beta before GM hits, with maybe only minor changes on GM. iOS 9 is nowhere near ready for public release.

Been like that for quite a few releases at least for some people. And iOS still does just fine. Nothing really new there.

A flop? Wow. What device are you using? An iPhone 4 or something!!

iOS 9 on my 6 is pretty darn good for a BETA. Just though I'd capitalise the important word there, a BETA.

Well iOS public was crap, only got better after a bunch of updates. iOS 8, same thing, public release sucked. Took them until 8.4.1 to release a stable bug free iOS. iOS 9 is going to be no different. Still a crappy public release followed by many months of waiting for things to get fixed. I expected Apple to learn from its mistakes of iOS 7 and iOS 8 and seriously nail iOS 9. They talked about performance improvements and battery life in their keynote, such utter rubbish. Show me the improvements? So far all I've seen is a massively buggy sluggish iOS 9 with atrocious battery life.
