I guess it might depend on the site and/or the ads. It definitely does that here.Mine has never done that for example www.apkmirror.com

So since a new version of Adguard is out, does this mean the experimental filter will be coming out of beta too?
Weird may give it another go then.
Thank you for reminding me, we must do it before the browser extension release (as list of available filters is embedded into the extension).

Could it be that you turned on "filters optimization" in AG advanced settings?
Are you sure? We've done some research on our side and this issue seems to be caused by blocking google ad script.
Does it help to add this rule to your user filter?

Re-check your Adguard settings. Believe it or not, I set mine up and, a day or two later, I went back and found that the settings had changed.I just started using Adguard, and I'm still seeing ads with the default filters plus EasyList on Forbes.
Uninstalled and reinstalled with stock settings and the blank space is still not removed from www.apkmirror.com
default filters plus EasyList
@daleski75 EasyList guys are fast today:

Apkmirror will be fixed in both EasyList and English filter in an hour or so.
So what's the status of the experimental filter? Will it be renamed to something else and will that require a new version for iOS?
Filters in Adguard are updated within the app and even automatically when the app is launched or is kept open in the background, though I personally prefer launching the app once or twice to get updates instead of leaving it open.
Do new filters require app updates, or can they just be dynamically added to the filer list in the app?
Why on earth is Adguard 85MB?!
Annoyances filter just showed up in iOS.
Tutorial videos mostly. We had a little struggle inside the team about these videos size and I lost
So, more complaints on the videos size, bigger chance that others listen to me and change the resolution.

Yep, it is available, finally.
As far as I know, content blockers only work in Safari and any app that uses SafariViewController. Otherwise you need a VPN.Will it block ads as well in the apps?

Yes, that's what I said. Adguard for iOS Pro will likely be a VPN-type of app, since the content blocker functionality does not currently work outside of SafariViewController.
