Well to start the a9 and 2 gig and the a9x plus pencil plus 3D Touch plus live pictures plus the iPad pro.
What innovative is in something that Samsung and/or Microsoft have done ages ago (excluding 3D Touch)?

Here is my rebuttal to show you why this is not a convincing argument: Apple has released new A-processors every year, ever since the iPhone 4, when Jobs was still there. The A9 is an evolution of that same process. Apple also increased the RAM since the first iPhone, also under Jobs. They have always done that when it was necessary to do so (as proven by the fact that people complained about 1 GB of RAM being a performance bottleneck). iPad Mini and iPad Pro are also just different form factors of the same original iPad (even iOS has not materially changed for the iPad, as the iPad Pro now shows) and 3D Touch is a new technology that wasn't technologically feasible under Jobs, but has become available now. We don't know whether Jobs would have approved of it, but the technology would have been available under Jobs too. All of this once again has nothing to do with what you claimed and I doubt that you can provide a satisfactory answer.

Apple under Tim Cook is not more innovative than Apple in the past. I only see an Apple that has broken with some ideas and beliefs of Steve Jobs, good and bad. I predominantly see an Apple that goes too much with the flow of the market instead of doing their own thing. Especially the quality of the software has noticeably deteriorated.

What has what you posted have to do with the number of units sold? You have a stock answer; China, financing, antecedent factors? anything to discredit the sales growth amid the changing cell phone landscape. Isn't that what agile and innovative companies do?
The reason they went to China was because sales were flatlining everywhere else

Umm the reason they went to china is the same reason every other company goes to China. Or have you been out of the financial loop?
Their most fierce competitor isn't in China so I told you why they went there

Great provide a link to a product that integrated it all as well as Apple in one device in 2015 natively.
For the iPad Pro,the Surface Pro 4.
For the Live Photos etc a rooted Galaxy S6 or Nexus 6P or a Lumia 950

the surface 4 is not an iPad pro replacement. Stop acting as if it is. It's a Windows box and all that comes with it as I have one and still take out my iPad 2. Need to root a galaxy I guess. Ok.
LOL.What cant the Surface Pro 4 do that the iPad can?iOS is a mobile OS.Surface has the full fledged desktop Windows with the powerful creativity and productivity softwares which iOS simply does not have.
You know whats funny?I can update my iPad and jailbreak it by connecting it to the Surface

I used to be obsessed with Apple, and, now I see it's decline through each software version. With iOS 9 alone, it had innovation but, this year as a whole, Apple has been playing it's same tricks as always.
Overall, Apple has innovation (iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad, etc) but, I've lost hope.

Apple looses much of their mastic once you realize how phony their marketing has become. Don't get me wrong, they still put out great products but there marketing makes me want to throw up sometimes.

I've had my fair share of glitches and maybe one restart. But I did a restore from an iPhone 5 that was on the iOS 9 beta so I'm sure my backup is corrupt and messed up my iPhone 6s+. I'm going to DFU Restore it and start as a new phone. I have all my photos in the photo library in iCloud and all my contacts, notes, etc synced with iCloud. The only thing I'll lose are text messages (and media stored inside like photos and videos), ringtones, background pic, settings, and my app layout. Well worth it for stability.

The surface pro 4 is a laptop that also tries to be a tablet but doesn't do a good job. The iPad pro is a tablet that tried to do the job of a laptop but doesn't because it hasn't had enough time to mature and get developers to make apps that take advantage of it.

There's numerous videos of both the iPad Pro and Surface Pro editing 4k video. The surface pro might look cool, but looks don't process anything. And fstoppers did a video comparing the surface pro to a macbook pro doing the same thing and the macbook pro whipped it handily, even with 5 or 6 filters going.

What's funnier is my ipad will outlast my sp4 in battery life. If you don't understand the different use cases I can't help you. And yes, tbh, the sp4 will run my entire Windows inventory going back 25 years; there are times though I want to run an app not a program.

iPad does a LOT less than the Surface Pro and the comparable battery life loss is negligible in comparison. And if you want to run an app not in the Windows store, use Bluestacks. It does have nearly the entirety of iPad apps

Except you miss the point, and I could care less the iPad does less...that's my point doing less is doing more better; a fan in the chassis is not needed and there is a big difference in battery life. And I want to run an App Store app not something else. You miss the entire point of why I want to use the iPad.

And one big differentiating factor; the cell chip you can't get in an sp4.

3 of the top 10 songs on Billboard's Hot 100 are Justin Bieber songs, so I hope you like his music if you're going to keep responding to complaints with that argument.
hater. haha.. I'm definitely not of that generation but the song 'Sorry' is pretty darn catchy and I don't mind hearing it.

I've been using iPhones since the very first one (currently have a 4s, 5, 5s and 2 iPhone 6 in the family), and to be perfectly honest, everything from iOS 7 onwards has been excellent. I don't understand all the incessant whining about iOS 9 when from my perspective, Apple is continuing the positive evolution of the best mobile phone platform out there. The fact that Apple continues to bend over backwards to allow older devices to upgrade to the latest iOS with the critical security fixes is to be commended. Consider the awful fragmentation of the other side, aka. Android. But as always, these are only my opinions (although I suspect there are millions and millions like me...considering the ever increasingly domination of iOS in the marketplace, but that is another discussion). The good news for those who don't like iOS for whatever reason is that you have many other options including running outdated iOS on outdated devices or buying one of those lovely Androids in which case have fun reading the numerous forums blasting battery life, freezes, performance issues, lack of OS updating options, etc.!

Starting with iOS7 I had trepidation's about the "radical" design change JI wanted. I held my breath, loaded it and could find only one word to adequately describe it: Schizophrenic. The layout was unpolished, controls made no sense, buttons vs. icons vs. words (hidden buttons) to ... schizophrenic was a good term.

I had hoped iOS8 would fix this ... nope. Just a number of bugs and other features.

I had hoped iOS9 would fix iOS8 and the design ... just more bugs, a drop in performance, and other features.

Someone really needs to step forward and fix this. Even if it is so little as standardizing it.

Best modern mobile platform ... maybe for the patients at Menninger or the residents at the Homeless Mission.

theyre not as smart as other companies what can I say. Are you mad/jealous at apples financial performance?

Actually I am pretty much surprised at the lack of stock performance last few quarters. Money on hand does not an investor happy make.

While I whole-heartedly agree with the first statement, the second .... not. It is going to take a lot more than developers to ever get the iPad Pro to be a real "pc" replacement.

It doesnt even have Xcode or any flexibility whatsoever outside the App Store and Adobe's tools are much more inferior compared to the ones on an desktop OS.I cant open two simultaneous Safari tabs on iPad Pro while I can on the Surface. The Surface is much more closer to being an actual PC replacement than the iPad Pro.
