My Apple TV is preparing to ship, but the iPad Pro using the same apple card (with plenty of available money) gave an error, “we are having problems with your payment” and hasn’t processed.

I think maybe I ordered them separately because of the website glitches while ordering. Maybe they thought it was fraud.
Just chat with Apple and see if they can help you.
Or check with your bank.

Sometimes with the size of the purchases a bank will want confirmation from you on a purchase. Until they can confirm they will put a hold, which maybe what Apple is referring to.

Check your email. I had a similar issue-two expensive orders- and it must have tripped a fraud algorithm. A bit later there was an email from Apple Card/Goldman just wanting an acknowledgement that I really did place the order. Then, good to go.

He/she could contact Apple today and know if he/she needs to contact their bank tomorrow.

Talked to a contact at Apple and they confirmed they have been having a lot fo Apple Online Store issues since Friday. I don't know how many of you noticed but order status in the Apple Store iOS app was unavailable all day yesterday. The fix has been implemented. My 11" iPad Pro finally went to preparing to ship! Hoping it arrives before my trip to Hawaii!

Anyone from Dubai ,
Why did we got 23rd may as a 1st delivery date while every other country got 21st may.
Its me only or every1 from Dubai got the same date.
I placed an order in a very 1st minute of pre order opening.

That’s good to know. I was secretly hoping for an earlier date than my current June 4-10, but nothing has changed.(boo, hiss, boo!). Still in processing, and no charge on my card either.

This is actually the first time that I would be quite happy to see a charge on my card, lol.
*Sigh* no good change forvme either at least not worse…

My white 12.9” Magic Keyboard is preparing to ship!

My 12.9/silver/256/WiFi iPad is still processing with a June 9th - 23rd delivery window

Wow! I got mine 15 mins after it went live (12.9,SG,2TB,cellular) and I have a June 16 delivery date… which seems an awfully long wait to me. When did you made your purchase?

I have the same model in silver. My confirmation mail was 5:12 and I have a 4-6 week ship 6/9–6/23 delivery date. I have seen like 1 2TB model (can’t remember if it was cellular or not) in the US (where I am) with a 5/21 delivery date. It seems I saw a few more in other countries that were at leas tearlike than mine. Seems like they had maybe 5 allocated for the US in the initial batch and the rest of us are way out. I ordered as soon as I found a way to get around store glitches; I was trying since 5am (or actually before, but that wasn’t likely to go anywhere).
