Why my tracking progress is only shaw shipped on the way and that of arrive not shaw place to place
It’s great to see more from the second group of my fellow Canadians moving along. I’m just over a week later than you. I hope mine starts to move next week.
I’m going to be interested in seeing how the tracking goes, whether it shows it all the way from China, then I assume the USA, then Toronto and onwards.
I can’t say for sure, but I’m heard both the 21st and 22nd quoted. I’m almost positive that you won’t see it in stores earlier.
I’m going to at least check, at the end of this week, to see whether it’s available for pickup at my local Apple store, provided my order hasn’t progressed to the “preparing to ship” stage, at which time that it can’t be cancelled. I’m almost positive that I won’t see that until next week (June 4-10), so it’s worthwhile giving it a try to try to snag one earlier.

So Best Buy will ship later even if we ordered on April 30?
Good question. I'm guessing they will ship them out as soon as they get them from Apple. But, the question is when will they be getting them from Apple? I'm hoping they get them sometime early this week so they can get them to us by 5/21.

Good idea I decided to wait till Thursday too. I’m assuming att will the stock on the 21st we’ll get a shipping notice Friday and we’ll see them on the 24th the earliest.I’m in the same boat as you. So far we have had one person say that a 11" has shipped -- but I have seen no one else saying that. Anyone seeing movement on the 11" (My info: 11", 256GB, Space Gray, ordered from Apple, confirmation email 6 minutes after preorders opened, currently preparing to ship with 21-27MAY delivery date)
It shouldn't as the first US ones to go to preparing to ship were engraved ones.
There is a (actually three) dedicated threads about BB and the 5th gen IPP so surely some mystical writing will appear there this week given the 'firm' "release" date of 5/21/21.
Looks like a lot of us are on the same flight!
