My 11" 1TB Space Gray went "Preparing To Ship" yesterday. Apple TV ordered at same time is still "Processing"
Same for mine. I ordered within 8 minutes of when ordering opened up.
yesterday, Apple sent me a text that there was trouble processing the payment for the new 11 iPP with my Apple Card (I had also ordered two new AppleTV around the same time on another order… those processed ok yesterday)
I got the payment resubmitted within the hour. About 30 minutes ago, I saw more activity on my AppleCard which looks like pending payments with 3% reward related to the 11 iPP and AppleTVs.
Hopefully we switched to Shipped Status soon! Currently the 11 iPP and new AppleTVs show delivery May21-27 for me.
Apple Card has been charged, order shifted to "Preparing to Ship." Date still listed as May 21-27 for my 11" 256 Wifi.
My 2018 iPad Pro 11 inch 256GB wifi is quoted at 455..gonna trade mine into the apple store directly for a gift card..I dont want to send it in, Ive already had 1 usps package become lost even though this is I believe fed ex not taking any chances I assume I can do the same in store and get a gift card on the spot for the amount?
Ipads could be going to Kentucky on the same flight today.

Had a similar problem. Last week I took a bunch of change to the coinstar and got an apple gift card ($76). Called last week to apply it to my order, with the rest going to my Apple card. But today I got an email saying there was a payment problem because the apple ID gift balance couldn't cover the entire purchase price. Not sure what happened but just talked to customer service and fixed it. Just now got the charge on my Apple card. Hopefully I will get it Friday! I have a 21st-27th shipping window. I live near Chicago.

I checked flights to my local airport frlm Louisville and there's one departing and arriving early tomorrow. Might me worth it to check. They could come tomorrow-Friday.
Makes sense. I wonder what’s to stop one from rerouting to ups store, then going there Thursday (if tracking actually updates on time)...

Normally if you have them hold it at a ups customer center, you can grab it the morning of the day it was going to be delivered which comes in handy for me since ups doesn’t come till nightfall. If you have it sent to a ups store,you have to wait until the driver delivers that day to the ups store which could be before or after u might have received it at your house.
Hopefully mine comes before I have to leave Friday. Won't be back till Sunday. My UPS Center won't be open till after I have to leave.
I learned with my iPhone 12PM that it gets trucked over to me from Louisville. I live in St. Louis which is just a few hrs drive from Louisville. I was freaking out last time because god forbid I might not get my shiny new object as soon as humanly possible…lmao.
Nope, not at all. You are good as long as it makes it out by Wednesday, possibly even early Thursday.
Mine was stuck in ZhengZhou from Friday till today. Should arrive in my local city tomorrow. You'll be fine.
They need to clear customs, but these are in huge pallets. They don't get broken down until they've cleared and then subject to Apples contract are released to be sent to your local UPS distribution hub. (Thursday)
If you look at your UPS app it'll tell you when it should arrive, not earlier.
I'd say there's a 99% chance you won't get it early. UPS has a lot of money riding on this.
