Wow. My 12.9" 1TB Wi-Fi that had previously been showing May 21-28 just changed to June 2-9. Really bummed out now. Hopefully it ships sooner or they have in-store for pickup on Friday.

Getting the delivery this Friday is not set in stone. Unlike other launches, Apple gave a vague date for shipping - "2nd half of May". So UPS can easily deliver earlier without upsetting the Applecart.

I'm predicting here that the 11" models will all ship on Wednesday for Friday delivery, I'm willing to bet the fact that DragonMan50 or whatever his name is on Reddit getting his from Furniture For Less or whatever it was this past weekend proves the 11" M1 iPad Pros are already sitting on pallets within the United States just waiting for the truck to be called out.

I thought the embargo ended on the 19th so they could come Wednesday or Thursday.

I remember my iPhone did that one time but it shortly after switched back to the original date range. Hopefully this will be the same scenario.

Not sure why Apple would delay delivery so reviews can be published. In any case, reviews will be out this Wednesday, which is about as early as we could expect shipments given their progress so far.

Just speculating. Odds are Friday is the day.

My delivery date slipped from May 21-28 to June 1-June 8 for my 12.9" Space Gray 256 GB WiFi Only. Ordered within the first 10 minutes too.

My pre-order slipped from Apple to Best Buy so I have no idea when I might get it. LOL

Unless they screw up, which is possible but rare, they won’t get to your local pickup place until launch day. UPS really wants apples business and they work hard to avoid early delivery. It does happen but not often.

I know that they likely won’t get delivered prior to release day. I was framing the answer around whatever day they arrive..whether it is Friday, Saturday, Monday, etc..

I'm right there with ya... This has been an odd release. Only time will tell if the Delivery date will stick.

You and me are in the same delivery pattern, I feel for the people who got bumped to a few weeks later. Let's hope they move up too.
