That’s interesting! I feel like UPS has held my orders before (primarily iPhones) before delivering them on launch day. Actually, they recently held my AirTags for a day before delivering them the day they officially launched.
Haha I swear it said :45min a few minutes ago. Hopefully there’s some good tail winds to speed that aircraft along!
I doubt anyone is getting them before Friday. As per usual apple releases.
Usually apple gives a date for release. This time they said 2nd half of May which we're currently in.
Everyone on here has posted their delivery windows. Mine is 21st-27th. Same as many others. Therefore 21st is the earliest they’ll probably be delivered and we can reason that’s the same day they’ll be available in stores (and it’s a Friday, per usual). Standard Apple release procedure.
You are not serious right? How many launches have you tracked your pre order for? My last 3 pre orders I had 1 device clear customs in China, 1 device clear customs in Anchorage and 1 device clear customs in Ontario, California
The folks on this list, many of whom have experienced a significant number of launches, likely understand quite a bit more about these logistics than anyone your likely to talk to on the phone from UPS or Apple. UPS hold the product until launch day. There is no question about it.

Canada 1TD 12.9 Silver, ordered like 5 mins after opening got June 3rd-8th. Just went to Preparing to Ship so maybe ill get lucky and the date may improve.
