Call UPS at their International number: 1 (800) 782-7892. Make sure you say "Representative" at least a couple times, and then feed the robot your tracking number.
I called yesterday midday, spoke to a very nice rep and he filed the request for me to pick up at my local CC. Then the CC rep contacted me ~45 mins later and confirmed that it'd be ready for pickup on Friday morning.
The iPad is coming from Lebanon, TN!Yeah. That should be interesting to watch

Same, it could leave Louisville, tonight and be delivered tomorrow. Probably not, but you never know.
They said the same thing to me. BS. if I’m ordering a product from the manufacturer but I can walk down the street and pick it up on launch day, why pre order?
It could be possible, Apple seems to have a flexible launch date for this time (second half of May). I know the official launch day is the 21th, but some people have received their iPad Pro/Apple TV. You’d be very lucky, but I’m not calling it impossible.
Best bet to check is download the UPS app and track that way. This is a “summary” of the tracking status - the key indicator to look for is SDF departure scan.

Walmart iPad Pro 12.9" hasn't shipped yet. It still says arrives 6/1 - was hoping it would ship and deliver much sooner. I had an Apple Store order but ended up cancelling in favor of the $100 off at Walmart. Still worth it to me but I am antsy to get my hands on it..
You could have ordered through apple’s education website and gotten the $100 off. That’s what I did. My 12.9 256gb WiFi space grey is coming 5/21.
Check the weight with ups, making sure it’s an iPad. I got one last Friday which was an empty cardboard box for my old iPad recycle ♻️
I forgot about the international time zones! 😆 I guess that is why us Aussies are getting the shipped notifications before folks in say Europe. As I type this, it is 16:02 on Thursday 20 May. Delivery expected tomorrow. Woo! Hoo!!
