no, its just the normal app store in itunes when logged into a UK account. You can still search for ipad stuff but thats how it was before anyway

Just because http://www.apple.com/uk/ipad/ isn't down, don't mean we won't get any new info. MacBook Pro updates are pretty much certain but their page is still up.

So don't give up hope!
