Might change SL to Pink. SL just seems too dull. Pink and Purple seem alive/vibrant. My mini 2 is silver/white.
Edit: I misread your post. Oops. Mine doesn't have a date filled in.Is there anyone in the USA whose order status for their iPad Mini, who was originally launch day delivery, where it DOESN’T now just say “Arrives” instead of “Arrives September 24?”
I know some people have gotten reassuring messages from support on this whole “Arrives” thing but it’s still freaking me out a bit, like maybe there’s some huge and unexpected delay they are trying to sort out on the fly.
Me too...I'm trying not to stress about it, but I'd feel a lot better about it if that stupid date would show back up again. Or even if the charge would hit my credit card. Honestly though, it's almost encouraging to know that multiple people are seeing the issue. If I was the only one, I'd really be panicking!it’s still freaking me out a bit, like maybe there’s some huge and unexpected delay they are trying to sort out on the fly.
It's displaying the same thing for me and many people here (Japan) so probably a worldwide system problem and not something specific to any person. Relax, breath in, breath out!Me too...I'm trying not to stress about it, but I'd feel a lot better about it if that stupid date would show back up again. Just a guess from my experience working on e-commerce systems in the past. Somehow the delivery date status for orders before the iPhone 13 launch, were cleared/reset. That date comes from the order management system which gets information upstream from warehouse and inventory systems. Probably the system has to wait for the status update before it can "refill" the dates. It might not be able to go and fetch it. So once the status gets changed, you should see the date appear again. Of course if the problem is higher upstream it could be more serious...I could be wrong here. Just a theory.I’m surprised it hasn’t been fixed yet. Maybe the web store people are afraid to affect iPhone 13 ordering so a fix hasn’t been attempted.
Yep. Mine did that. Was originally 9/24....now no date at all.Is there anyone in the USA who was originally launch day delivery, whose order status DOESN’T now just say “Arrives” instead of “Arrives September 24?”

This is great to know, thanks for sharing! While I've stayed 99% sure that everything would end up being fine, that tiny 1% of doubt is really annoying.Mine had been saying “null” as well, but has recently changed to saying 24 September again, and the charge has appeared on my card.
I’m in Australia, so perhaps the same thing will happen for those of you in later time zones shortly as well.
noMaybe the Minis will arrive before the 24th. During the event they said that the Mini will be available “next week” meaning the week of Sept. 19th. They did not specifically say the 24th.
I like the positive thinking but Sept. 24 is the day. Still no update with the system issues.Maybe the Minis will arrive before the 24th. During the event they said that the Mini will be available “next week” meaning the week of Sept. 19th. They did not specifically say the 24th.
I may have just kept both the Mini and the Air if the Mini was $399, not at $499 though. Maybe I'll catch a sale.
Same thing just happened to me. There is like a 5 minute delay between the charge and the site changing to show the delivery date.Mine just switched back to Friday, 24. Before now it said “Arrives null”
Cc was charged when it change back to sept 24
