Let us know how you like the case please! Thanks.
The case arrived about 20 minutes ago, so haven't had a lot of time to play with it, but it seems to offer excellent protection without adding a lot of weight to the iPad. I prefer nicer, leather cases and I am not disappointed with this case.
The pencil holder needed a bit of pushing and prodding to get the pencil in, and the fit is very snug which is fine; it should loosen up with use, according to the information from the manufacturer.

The case arrived on Thursday, and my impressions so are positive. The case has not added significant weight to the iPad, yet still feels rugged and that the iPad is well protected. The suction that holds the iPad in place works as advertised --- even shook the case with the iPad enclosed and nary a budge.
The pencil holder is super snug -- very difficult to get the pencil. It is a bit of a wrestling match to get the pencil in each time but the leather should loosen up with use, according to the manufacturer (and logic as well).
The case is not a foldable stand for the iPad - to get that functionality one needs the iPad cover, and I may add the cover at a later date but for current usage it is not necessary.
Aesthetically, beautiful case --wanted chestnut, but got the whiskey because the chestnut was not in stock so that was a bit of a bummer.
Finally, is the case worthy of the somewhat hefty $129 price tag? I don't know -- still evaluating based on my personal use. However, a couple points to ponder: the suction is not guaranteed for life of the case -- replacement is recommended if you remove the iPad between 50-75 times, and the attached pencil case also loses its form as well, requiring enforcement at an additional (future) cost.
My iPad purchase was a bit of an impulse buy after deciding not to wait for the new IPP, and I needed a quality case right away. Perhaps I would have purchased a different leather case with more time, but I was not impressed with any of the offerings on Amazon, and Pad & Quill cases are made in the USA, so I don't mind paying a bit more to support a small American manufacturer.
