The iPad Pro is extremely tough. You can't accidentally bend it. In fact, many weak handed people couldn't bend it if they tried.
That video is very disturbing. Does he have $1,000 to throw away to make the video? Or is he going to claim it was an "accident" and return it? Or are YouTube videos like this so profitable that he makes back the cost??? Man, oh, man.
You seriously think OP would sit on it? Really?
Her husband in the other hand.... I say he bent it and now is afraid to confess. She did make it a point to say she isn't a heavy person....
Yes the Apple Faithful are freaking out in embarrassment...Here we go again...make it stop!
That's what Jobs claimed when hyping the original. It's magical!
Yup I've seen this before, in some portable power banks I've owned. The bulge usually causes the case to separate, which does not appear to be happening in this case.
I remember purchasing an Apple TV some years ago brand new out of the box the remote looked like it came out of a microwave, completely warped and melted.I will bet you that her husband did it while she wasn't around and is now afraid to fess up for fear she'll beat him silly. These things don't bend by themselves, and I find it hard to believe she didn't notice it being bent when it came out of the box. Apples packaging almost makes it impossible to have anything bent in the box. The husband was probably using it on the couch, fell asleep, and rolled on top of it or something.
I stopped the video above after he dropped it from 6ft' and seemed shocked it had an effect on it. What does he expect?

I only had the iPad Pro for a few days, and it's already bent!!
I'm guessing he has Applecare+ and will claim this as an accident. That video is very disturbing. Does he have $1,000 to throw away to make the video? If someone makes an effort to register, post, and share an experience in public - one that seems very unlikely - they are opening themselves up to public feedback. And maybe you can imagine because it's a seemingly unlikely story that it creates questions and doubts. Of course the thread starter does not have to reply anymore, respond with evidence, or otherwise give in to some of these requests for answers, but if 'he' wants to be taken seriously, and actually wants help.. you can imagine it's not an unrealistic thing from many of us to ask for more information and some evidence. I think we all want to focus on quality content in this community, versus wasting our time on trolls.
Trolls don't register back in 2011 and wait 4 years to start trolling people. Maybe read her comment history. I fail to see this person as a troll. Trolling is what others are doing on here. Why on earth should she bother to return and waste her time on this community, given some of the replies on here .
FYI , if you actually read the thread, it's a 'she'. I guess your reply proved the point people don't read the threads anymore and most jump in... I think we should focus on people actually reading the context and not just funny cheap shots.
Anyway, as I have stated I feel sorry for this person who came here for help.
