Actually, even though mine PROBABLY got shipped from China, I was only informed about the shipping after it left the UK distributor. Many here could track theirs all the way from China, I couldn't - mine stayed in "Processing" until it left England then I got a Shipped notification.

I talked with an Apple Employee the other day about my concerns. I told them my pods and pencil just arrived the day after I ordered. So everything was ready to be used but of course I can't because of iPad shipping "actions" 😂.
She told that they are aware of this situation, I cannot test or use my pencil before iPad arrives. In this case, they can extend the 14 day return deadline. She put a not on my "Apple support case" and made sure if I have any problems about it the next employee will know and help me through. I guess it will be more or less the same in every country but in any case you can call and ask them to make sure about this.
i hope so. apple says that my iPad is coming tomorrow, but ups says Monday. i have had a lot of issues with ups in the past, not to mention that their shipping tracker literally almost never works. i just want my iPad!!!!!!!!
i opened the box and messed with the pencil right when I got it (same situation as you) i let my dad hold it and he started spinning it and accidentally threw it across the room. if its broken I'm going to be pisssseed

My iPad Pro just got picked up at Carlisle, PA with confirmed 9/15 delivery. I wish Apple shipped it express like they did the pencil and AirPods Pro. Why did you have to give me standard shipping on the most expensive item? If it does get here 9/15 that will be one month exactly from order date.

Based on your order and ship dates, I have another two weeks of waiting to go. I might order a pencil while I am waiting. It seems to only take a couple of days to get those.
The last four weeks of waiting have been tough. I wish you and others still waiting good luck that yours goes out earlier.
in case anyone just ordered and wants to know how long it might take;

Maybe it depends on what shipper they use. Apparently some units are shipped by UPS and others (like mine) were shipped via FedEx. I just received notice that my scheduled Saturday, 9/12 delivery has been updated to Sunday, 9/13. Ugh. To be fair, though, it will still arrive a few days earlier than expected. So, Yay!

I placed my order 8/16. my order stayed in processing only. Then changed to shipped today. I got the tracking number from Apple via text message. I had just checked an hour before and it was still in processing. My order never went into the Preparing to ship Step. I’ve been ordering from Apple since the iPhone 5s. This is the first time this has happened. I’m just happy they shipped it. I won’t complain. Lol

It’s sitting in Tennessee for the weekend. Probably won’t move till Sunday night. My neighbor just got Home to Houston from Tennessee. If Tim Apple would of just called me Friday. She could have picked it up and brought it to me this morning. Lol
Our IPPs must be chilling together. Mine shipped last night and is in Tennessee as well with an estimated delivery of end of day tomorrow 9/13.

Ordered on 29th august , still no progress. When the hell it shift to prepairing to ship. Expected delivery 21st-29th sept.
Thanks but no I didn't pay for faster shipping. I will be surprised if it actually does come tomorrow because apple still says 9/17 - 9/24. Fedex tracking says tomorrow so we will see!
