iPad Pro iPad Pro - Shipping Thread

Hey y'all!

Ordered a space grey 11" iPad Pro, 128GB, wifi on July 9th to take advantage of the educational discount and back to school promo one final time. Been enjoying my AirPods Pro for some three weeks now.

Apple says expected delivery between July 31st and August 7th. Order status is still on processing.. Fingers crossed it'll ship within a couple of days!

So my pencil has shipped as of 6:00AM. It's set to arrive on the 5th, one day before its original earliest arrival date. IPP's still taunting me, processing.

I acclimated to its weight within a couple of days and didn’t even think about it after that. Almost two months later I’m thankful and delighted how wonderful this case is and the way it’s changed my thinking about ever needing a Mac again.

I'm probably gonna be the same. Lugging around a Magic Trackpad 2 with my old IPP was a Nightmare.

my apple pencil moved from preparing to ship to ship in 2 days.
heard it generally takes anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Maybe the engraving machine caught fire and took out the entire warehouse, just as your box was about to ship...

Sounds about right. Apple's website when I ordered said "Ships in 3-4 Weeks). You know, I was actually gonna buy the iPad Air instead of the iPad Pro. But last minute changed my Mind because I wanted the Common Sense of the Apple Pencil 2. Also that Magic Keyboard. So Instead of spending $650 that day I ended up spending $1500.

No, I only see my Current IPP, my iPhone, and my HomePod.

I don’t think it shows up in your devices until you set it up.

You could see it's Serial Number before you got it? Cool.

Yeah if my memory serves me right, there was a way to see the device within your Apple account as soon as it was charged. Someone may have a better memory than me though.

My iPad Pro is still on "Processing" because of Muscle Memory there lol.
My iPP that is at the Repair Shop should be Ready by Next Tuesday. They have 11 other iPads that have to be Fixed before mine.

I'm gonna try to make it a Habit to check mine Once in the Morning when I wake up, and once in the Evening before going to bed.
On another note, I've gotten used to typing on my New Magic Keyboard from my Smart Keyboard. Still prefer the Magic Keyboard on iMacs and my Surface Laptop's Keyboard.

Both the keyboard and pencil shipped from England to Northern Ireland. I'm praying the iPad will be the same but I know it will be coming from China...
