No no no. Don't say that. Even though I don't write anything here I still check every morning and read the messages. For sure, it shouldn't be dead. And if it's just me I don't know but in the other threads when I see any of you or recognize from your profile picture, I feel like I see my friends in different places. "Oh DiamondarBoss is here" ?

I think this Thread and us getting our iPads is the best part of 2020. But, sadly this Thread seems to not be at it’s peak anymore.
Now, instead of us Old-Timers complaining about 1+ Month shipping times it’s gonna be filled with
ahem.
THOSE NEW KIDS COMPLAINING ABOUT 1-2 WEEK SHIPPING TIMES
But, at least it will live on in one way or another.
For anyone who finds this useful:
- ordered an ipp 128GB wifi - silver on the evening of 26 October in the UK
- estimate was 10 - 17 November
- went into preparing to ship on the morning of 12 November
- got a dispatch notification in the early of 13 November with stated delivery on 16 November (Monday) and same said on the DPD app
- DPD actually delivered on 14 November.

@DiamondarBoss @Lsmachado et al, do you guys remember how long your iPads were stuck in ZhengZhou for? My watch has been there for almost 4 days with no signs of movement and UPS has no longer been showing a scheduled delivery date for a couple days now. ?
I believe mine was there for 2-3 days. Weird that yours is taking so long. Hm.
Ok, wonder if UPS is just backlogged with shipping all the iPhone 12 mini, Pro Max, and new Silicon Mac orders etc. After all, Apple did release a whole bunch of new products in the last month so that would be understandable if that was the case. I guess I’m just gonna have to be patient lol.

Well you say that, they’ve done more than “fixed” it.
The same iPad Pro that I ordered back in July that took 1 MONTH to deliver is now....
Literally taking a matter of Hours.

Have some movement, albeit physically, from my end too! My Watch finally left ZhengZhou after more than 4 days! It is now in Incheon, where it hopefully won’t be stuck for much longer. It is now showing Friday delivery under UPS MyChoice, even though it still says Information Unavailable in the tracking itself. This is also the first date of my original delivery window from Apple.
Yeah it’s sad this thread is slowing down, but it’s great for new buyers. This place and the people here will always have a special place in my heart. The iPad Pro was my first Apple product and now 2 months later I’m fully in the ecosystem.

Strange, when I go to the Apple website and check availability for any of the 11" configurations, delivery is Dec 1 - Dec 4.
I ordered an 11" iPad Pro on Nov 15th and delivery is Nov 30 - Dec 3.
Am I missing something here. Late to the game but local Best buy has the iPad pro in stock. Says latest gen, how does one tell the newest version?

FedEx says they “attempted delivery but couldn’t deliver the package as I wasn’t home”.
WELL
I was literally in the front room facing out the window, to my path and the road in front of my house.
No FedEx Truck. No FedEx person. No people or vehicles at all, actually.
They said that they left a “door hanger” at my door.
None of those.
I am so angry.
