I’ve had this iPad Pro for 5 Days:
Pros (heh):
-Has Great Battery life, 11-12 Hours on my 11” Model while using the Magic Keyboard at about 50% Brightness.
-Amazing Speakers and Mics.
-Screen is VERY Bright for use outdoors. Take that, Texas Sun!
-Screen is very Sharp and Colors are amazing. And that 120Hz ain’t bad either.
-I love the USB-C, I’m gonna Order a Hub soon.
-The Magic Keyboard has the BEST Keys on any Keyboard I’ve ever typed on. This is coming from Someone who owns a Surface Laptop, which has arguably one of the Best Keyboards on the Market.
-The Auto-Backlighting for the Keys are Perfect for ANY Situation AND they don’t seem to cause additonal Battery Drain.
-The Trackpad is the Perfect size for iPadOS. While people coming from the MacBook with their Comically Oversized Trackpads might think it’s small, it’s not. It’s smooth surface and Click-Anywhere design is great. And, it actually Clicks! This provides a more Satisfying Trackpad Experience than Apple’s Mac Trackpads with the Taptic Engine.
-The Apple Pencil is Great. When Paired with the 120Hz Screen, it’s like Drawing on Paper! The Double-Tap Feature doesn’t require you to Tap very hard, which is something I originally thought. It’s very useful especially while taking Notes in class.
Cons:
-The Material that the Magic Keyboard is made of Scuffs and attracts Fingerprints FAR more than I would like. I’m probably gonna get a Dbrand Skin for it in the Future.
So that’s it. When can I become a YouTuber with those cool RGB LED lights in my room?

Yes, this is why a bunch of put skins on the MK asap because we were warned it was the same material as the smart keyboard folio, which also scuffed. Consider Sopiguard too as a DBrand alternative if you don't see what you like there. I have a Sopiguard black forged carbon on mine and it doesn't show anything. Not having to worry about it makes using the MK even better.

Your order window is AFTER mine -- Mine is Aug 26-September 2nd (Ordered July 26/27th -- it's a blur). I didn't do engraving. This is giving me hope that maybe today they did a batch of 11 inches, and tomorrow they'll do a batch of 12.9 inches -- preferably Wifi AND Cellular with 256 Gigs of storage 🥴

Mine stayed on “Preparing to Ship” For about 12 Hours.
I can't answer for @DiamondarBoss, but here's what Apple says preparing to ship status means:
Preparing to Ship — We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information.
What I think it means is they're batching up outbound orders and working out some of the shipping logistics. These days that's taking longer than usual. Hope that helps a little. Hang in there.
Off topic: Has anyone who received their new iPads activated the free year of AppleTV+ yet? I did mine earlier today but haven’t watched anything yet.
Hello everyone, newbie here! I have read everyones posts. I ordered my 11” Space Grey 128gb WIFI IPP this past Monday August 10th 😅. I know I have a long way to go but I am sure the wait will be well worth it. My estimated delivery is September 10-17. I really am hoping it ships sooner. I am hoping to find someone who maybe ordered around the same day I did or a week or so before?
My delivery is delayed bc it says UPS was not able to loan the package on the plane as scheduled. At least delivery date is back up, to next Tuesday though

My iPad was finally delivered at 6:21. I downloaded all apps, organized home screens, software update, set up some accounts and now updating my status here. I like the mini keyboard, I’m typing this with one thumb and is sweet. As far as Apple TV + goes I had it since fall with my iPhone. Not much there except for that video game show
then how long did it take for it to arrive from the day it said "shipped"?

For those guys whose delivery got pushed back to next Monday or so, check your status again if yours made it to Anchorage today. Mine updated back to delivery by tomorrow 9pm. The level of suspense UPS tracking is bringing to us is next level. Our iPP tracking experience and all those suspenses could easily be the next sequel of the movie usual suspect LOL.

I’d recommend watching Greyhound. It’s a great movie, especially for History Geeks like myself. I watched it on Saturday.
