My ipad also left China yesterday, which means there is no way of it getting to me here today. If this thing doesn't show up as promised, this is apple fraudulent advertising, as they clearly said that it would be delivered on launch day. I should have known that there was no way they could make that happen...

The little letters said that it could be on the 5th depending on area. Take someone with you that can read before you sign any contracts in your life.

Well just go buy the case, then, if you miss the iPad delivery you can spend the weekend with your case.

well, the reason I think that I can get both today is that usually UPS/Fedex just drops the package in front of my door when they miss me many times.

I am even thinking about going jogging around the neighborhood before they deliver. so I can have all day playing with the ipad.

Well woke up to seeing that my package was at my main UPS distribution center in the Bronx. On the top portion it does not have the estimated delivery info, shouldn't it be there and say Scheduled Delivery: April 3 or whatever date the attempt delivery will happen? Does anyone have their scheduled delivery info showing?

I trust in TechDude..... but I've never had a UPS package jump from two states away to a local office and out from delivery to being delivered all in one morning.

I am starting to lose faith that I'll get it today. I have saturday delivery here. I was one of the first to ship from China. I've been sitting in Kentucky since Tuesday.

This kind of stuff always happens to me.

Paranoid much? I am sure you can survive a day without a case. But, if you are worried, when you get the iPad just leave it in the box until you get a case.

Not liking what I'm hearing from UPS.

I live in Clermont, FL, just outside of Orlando, FL. I just spoke to a representative at UPS at she told me that my iPad would not be shipped today. It will be shipped out before 3pm on Monday, when I asked why this was since my area has a Saturday delivery she told me that Apple did not specify on the package that it was to be a Saturday delivery so you will not be receiving it today, sorry, what a load BOLLOCKS.

If this is true I am going to be sooooo mad at Apple. Any body having the same issues.

Everyone can stop worrying if your iPad is showing at a location within a few hours of your home. It will get there today.

If it showed being in another state at this point, then I'd be worried.
