its the same 14 days return policy for in-store or online. I've done it before, not a return but an exchange with a refurbished iPod, and its extremely easy. they will e-mail you a pre-paid package stamp and most likely have you send it back in the same box that it was delivered to in. then just take it to your local FedEx (or UPS) office and give them (Apple) a call in 24-48hrs to verify that they have received it, then you'll get a refund.
I'm not sure what the exact policy is on returns ordered through Apple.com store, but I do remember somebody posting a thread a while back that stated if you had a defective ipad that was ordered through the online store that Apple was going to allow people to return the ipads to an Apple store. I would think that as long as you don't open your ipad when you get it on Monday it shouldn't be a problem.

Mine is still 2 hours and 45 minutes away. Why they used a hub 3 hours away from me instead of the one an hour.... i'll never know.
They aren't my favorite at the moment.

Yes - in the UK we have the Distance Selling Act. If that were to happen to me I'd go and buy one at the store and then just refuse delivery of the one I ordered. And no charges would be incurred!

I just wish my case came today too. Fedex is saying otherwise.
I called but was told the wording was wrong. I told them I never requested a redelivery. They wouldn't let me change anything yesterday when I heard that I was in a "no Saturday delivery area". I hoped to have it rerouted to a UPS store where they received Sat delivery but Apple and UPS said no.
Should I be worried? This is from iShip Been in Kentucky since early 31st

Well, it should be getting to my area soon then. I normally get my deliveries at 10:30am (and am usually not here to get them) but I sure hope that it comes earlier.
Yeah, UPS is kind of rough around here. The drivers here are really lazy about reading the house numbers. My wife's iPhone 3GS was delivered to some other random house on our very long street and so I didn't get it until two days later when that neighbor finally walked it over to us. That happened also once with a battery pack I needed before a trip that I ended up getting after the trip (after paying for next day shipping!). And also with a camera I ordered from BH.
And then of course we get 1-2 packages a week that were meant for other people. This is a neighborhood where we all have identical easily readable number boards over our garages per the HOA spec.
At some point you just have to fire all the drivers and start over. There's a culture of "Who the f* cares, just drop the package somewhere" going on.
Hopefully that doesn't happen again today!
Just got this update. Looks like mine will definitely be on Monday.
