Anytime I try to check I keep getting a date range error, so I signed into My Sprint to see if it would allow me to upgrade my phone, it didn't give me the option to upgrade, just to purchase a phone at full price, so the order through Best Buy did go through to Sprint, so I believe we will be getting our phones on launch day. Just takes awhile for sprint to send Best Buy their tracking information and then Best Buy will email us the tracking info.

For all my 2:55 peeps, my shipping just changed from “UPS World Ease” to “UPS Next Day Air”. No departure scan from ZZ yet but it’s progress!
I was so disappointed with bestbuy, the day preorder 9/13 i made place an order it didn't have a pickup option and now the pickup popped up, but i can't change due in process >> they need to make up their mind or update final delivery/pickup function so people can choose easy way for them ,,,

I, too, have joined this roulette game. Ordered Saturday morning. Set for delivery by Friday, September 20th.

I pre-ordered through Best Buy and was told I'd be guaranteed to have my iPhone 11 Max on Friday.
When I told them I also wanted to trade in my current iPhone, they told me I had to cancel my order (which would put me to the back of the pre-order line), make a separate appointment to have my current iPhone evaluated, THEN pre-order my iPhone 11 Max, and THEN come to the store to pick it up and complete the trade-in of my current iPhone.
I said screw that and I ordered a fully unlocked from Apple directly. It should be here first week of October.

looking that way. I just read through some threads about past Best Buy iPhone preorders... Best Buy definitely has a history.
Not much I can do now, though. Can’t really cancel and order somewhere else. Guess I can only try my luck?
I just called Best Buy to see if they could confirm any of my details. They said that the “Get it by” dates are just estimates and that we will not likely see them delivered on launch day. Who knows. That’s just one call center employees opinion.

WHAT? This is messed up. Now I don't know if I should cancel this order and try for in store on Friday or just hold out....
I guess I can wait until Thursday and if it doesn't change I'll cancel and hope for the best on Friday in store somewhere other than Best Buy.
i decided to just wait till friday and see what i can make happen. Worst case i just have to use my broken X a little longer

You'll see a little "Help" blue box pop up on the right side of the screen. From there you can select "Chat with us" and then a new pop up window will open with a bot. At the bottom of that window there is "Live Chat" which will take you to a real person. Let us know if you get different information!
It is only Tuesday guys, so thinks are still looking up! I will worry Wednesday night when no one has received tracking info...
I would feel way more comfortable switching to a Best Buy order if there were some color/model/size combinations that weren't indicating Sep 20th delivery / pickup.
