1. Significant battery life improvements across the entire lineup - especially for the mini to help it sell sell sell!! I want this spot in the lineup to have consistent longevity.
2. privacy screen.
HP has this neat pixel shift/phase on their EliteBook series notebooks that phases the pixels in a way that only looking directly at the screen allows you to read text, images are off as well to anyone looking at 45 degree angles.
In this pandemic world, I've seen a LOT of nosey people in public trying to look at others' smartphone passwords (since FaceID cannot work with a mask, many of us as still waiting to unlock using Watch and TouchID under the screen is potentially MONTHS away).

Battery life on the 12 pro max is already awesome. Wouldn’t say no to a bigger battery though 😁
I agree for the 12 Pro Max ... but the 12/12 mini ...
for most people. I have to see my heaviest push on Sunday just past but I got a lot of decent time out of my 12 mini - I was shocked actually.
Touch ID underscreen. Putting it on the power button is a dumb idea because 99 percent of people use cases and the negates the effectiveness of it on the button. Ditch the notch. It's ugly and I hate looking at my 11 with the big ugly chunk taken out of my screen. I would rather a slim bezel instead of a notch. As always camera improvements, a better screen, better battery life and add frigging decent wireless antennas. My 199 dollar samsung connects to wifi/4g better than my 1000 dollar iPhone.
Something between the pro and the pro max size would be perfect. A bigger baddery. Improved Wi-Fi connectivity. Slightly rounder edges. Cheaper prices. A free car thrown in!
I assume most people realize that the design has probably been locked in for a while now and probably test versions of items are built. I doubt that any of these good suggestions that aren't already planned won't make it
Hi, Samsung S21 Ultra user here. I have a house full of iPhone 11 and 12 users.
What I wish for on my device is a more secure Face ID system... although I am not sure if a notch would make it worth it.
By the way, my old Note 9 had a finger print sensor on the back, which was so much better than the in screen sensors... I miss that too.
Would also love me some FaceTime with kids rather than make them use Duo or Zoom.
Loving 120 adaptive in QHD and 16Gb of RAM...and every panel has useful widgets I couldn’t live without. This is not an android vs Apple post... just adding a little “what the other guys wish for that Apple has”.

I wish Apple doesn't put any must-have feature into the new iPhones so I'm not tempted to buy one and will keep my current one another year.
1) 120Hz screen
2) Some form of touch ID(Under glass or power button)
3) Always on display - I see it every day and want it real bad. It's a fantastic feature. Apple users down play it because they don't have it. As soon as Apple does it, and they will, Apple fans will act like it's the best thing since sliced bread.

I’m sure there are a lot of people who don’t know they would like always on, but also I wouldn’t think it’s a very useful feature for people who wear watches, and there seem to be a lot of Apple Watch wearers out there.

There are far more people without an Apple watch than those with. Apple will implement their version of Always on. There are many reports out there that they're already testing it. Like I said, Apple fans down play it because they don't have it but once they get it it'll be praised. Whether it's useful for Apple watch users or not is irrelevant. We're talking about iPhone.
It’s relevant because it offers a legitimate reason for some who don’t find always on useful. I never said all nor even a majority, not that we really know the numbers. Nor did I say what Apple will or will not do.
A legitimate reason for a small minority of users? Give your head a shake. Again, we're talking about iPhone, not the Apple watch. There are far more people who have iPhone than Apple watch. Look at what you're doing. Exactly what I said Apple fans do. Down play it because it's a feature they don't have. This is a wish list thread and you're in here making excuses and suggesting this feature is not needed because of Apple watch. What a joke.
