My battery may still be at 100%, but it’s depleting noticeably faster these days. I think my work MDM Apps are the culprit, but I’ll need to investigate…

Apple says 1000 cycles from 100➡️80% starting with iPhone 15 (Pro/Pro Max only?🤔).
This would mean: per 250 cycles = -5% (with linear calculation)

The good thing about the 15’s is the cycle count to 1000 and higher if your lucky for the battery to get to 80% ( this is arguably the greatest thing alongside USB-C and Smart HDR 5 amongst others that make even the non pro iPhone 15 more better than the 14 Pro)

So to the OP don’t be concerned 😊

Anyway I don’t have a 15 but I have the 16e and even the 16e gets the latest generation battery technology ( and that and the fact that A16 Bionic didn’t mix well with the battery’s in the 14 Pro’s compared to the 1000 cycle count) makes the 16e better than the 14 Pro when it comes to the health of your phone

Anyways I used 2 cycle counts on that iPhone but A16 Bionic can handle 1000 cycle counts on the 15 better than 500 cycle counts on the 14 Pro( and much less risk of the battery swelling compared to so many 14 Pro’s ( and I witnessed one too)

I saw an IPhone X with 1200+ Cycles and was at 83% Battery and no warning or slowdown. If Apple really went back to a chinese junk battery (500 Cycles) with the much never IPhone 14 Pro?

My launch 15 Pro is the first phone that nose dived in battery health that i’ve owned. I have a feeling its just a random weak battery.
I’m currently at 87% and 279 cycles.

My wife has the same phone on launch, same charging settings and she’s at 95%.

My 11 Pro i had for almost 4 years had 94% when i traded it in with the same type of slow charging at night between wired and wireless, without a charging limit.

I keep track of my battery regularly, I’ve been gaining battery health the last 6 months apparently. Totally useless point of information tbh

I do have 80% charge limit all the time. So, I must say that the battery is not so good as 11 PM or 13PM.

iOS 18.4 public Beta is "crashing" my Battery Health from 99% to 97%, with each beta version it drops 1%
I only use the beta to finally be able to use Apple Intelligence in Germany

294 cycles - 92%

Overall still quite happy with the battery life and performance, very glad I didn't update to the 16 PM.

As of today, 93% with 232 cycles. I have been using it much heavier recently, so not very surprised by the drop.
Update as of today. Pretty impressive that it's dropped 4% in just over a month!

My 15 pro (purchased near release) dropped rapidly to 91% and has remained there since. Approaching 600 cycles.

I use a mixture of 15w, 20w, and MacBook charger. I have had charging set to 95% for the past year.

15 Pro, bought in late March, 100% capacity, 148 cycles.
Now one year since purchase. 97% max capacity, 244 charging cycles.

For the first 5 months I charged with typical USB-C Power Delivery chargers to a 80% charge limit, but after realizing that almost all of my charging was overnight while I slept, and while I showered after workouts, I switched to 12 watt USB-A to USB-C charging to an 85% charge limit, hoping that will extend battery health - I intend to keep the phone for 2.5 years, so another 18 months.

My guess is that battery health has more to do with total charge cycles than how you charge, but I'll still keep on this way while I own the phone.
