Thats insane, how do you charge?Cycle Count: 240
Health: 100%
Launch 15 Pro.
Extremely chaotic charges and intensely used (sometimes fast discharging).
A bit hard to believe the 100% tho 🤣
Randomly between 30 and 75 percent, usually for 30 min then I need to go. Then it drains back to 30 and charging again until I need to go. Rinse and repeat ) I created a shortcut that once it hits 30% it activates low power mode and I get a notification to charge, so that's the panic mode.Thats insane, how do you charge?
My 14 max was way better!!Yes

A lot more cycles before it went done at all.Way better how?
I think its to early to draw that type of conclusion. I would argue and say its strange that some reach over 200 cycles and that their battery are still 100%.A lot more cycles before it went done at all.
The most recent iOS update brought it all together under battery in settingsiPP 15 Max
For some reason i can't find the page with everything together. I see some of it in About and other stuff in Battery Health & Charging
Anyway
99%
92 cycles (In service Oct 2023)
I guess my cycle count is really low b/c it sits on a magsafe stand for most of the day during the work week.
At that stage of ownership, is has far more to do with your battery’s actual capacity when new vs. the design capacity when new. They are rarely the same number. Some are much higher by as much as a couple hundred mAh and some very very close to one another. Same usage and charging pattern, the former will not drop below 100 for a longer time than the latter.I think its to early to draw that type of conclusion. I would argue and say its strange that some reach over 200 cycles and that their battery are still 100%.
BMS improves with every update so it can also be related to phones being update or not updated, different usage patterns, what environment they are being used, how they are being charged etc etc.

Yes, that might be one aspect. But as far as I have gathered todays BMS are fairly advanced and take many things into account.I think it has to do with the initial capacity.
15 Pro should have 3290 mAh +- a small error margin. But some get to have close to 3290, some get to have 3400 in the battery lottery.
Until it doesn't go below 3290, it will keep showing 100%.
Yep. My 15 Pro battery had an original capacity of 3366 mAh from the factory and will likely be at 100% in the battery settings for some time.I think it has to do with the initial capacity.

Interesting, I didn't have a notification icon of 17.4.1 thxThe most recent iOS update brought it all together under battery in settings
Not normal... you should still be at 100% with only 28 cycles regardless of your charging habits.Does this seem normal? I charge every night. View attachment 2362461
I agree. I talked to Apple and they said to was fine…Not normal... you should still be at 100% with only 28 cycles regardless of your charging habits.
Lost another percent 🫣
