What issues did you have with JETech? I installed these on my 15 (non-Pro) and I like it a lot, especially for the price. So I am curious to hear what your experience was.

Black bezels cut into the screen a lot more than say Torras.

You don’t have any issues on regular iPhone 15 because that one has thicker bezels (same as iPhone 14) so it won’t be an issue for screen protectors.

You think it's safe to say that (once the screen covering issue will be sorted) the Torras is probably going to be the overall best one this year?

From what I'm seeing it's the one with the highest reviews.

In all these years I always bought Spigen (even for my family, etc.) and I never had issues with them, but this year I'm reading some complaints (I suppose a consequence of the screen being a little curved).
Probably. But I won’t replace my WSKEN for Torras anymore. The WSKEN was applied really well. Never change a winning team. I really couldn’t care about the ‘tab’ on the earphone speaker.

To echo this: the tab isn’t problematic in person. I thought it was gonna be weird but it blends in and isn’t a problem.

Hey guys!! Pls using the right testing image.
I just found out the biggest difference about the image of testing the protector. I found out I using the PNG image format, then my torras didn't cover any part of the screen.
Let me show the difference between JPG and PNG image formats.

This is the JPG format, you can see a white line here, and it would be part of your Wallpaper.

This is the PNG format, there is no white line.

I recommend using the PNG for the test in order to prevent the white line.
PNG image attached.
For 15P and 15PM.

Hi Mylodon, I'm sorry to ask, but do I understand it right: I use (the png format) as a wallpaper and I check if the red line appears? And if it doesn't appear then the Torras screen protector is covering part of my iPhone screen?
Thanks!

I was on Amazon and happened to notice Sapphireman out of nowhere dropped their sapphire screen protectors for the 15s!

The prices are similar to Shellrus as well not having a privacy watermark, and the installation kit looks a lot easier than what Shellrus is offering. Sapphireman also gets good reviews from the YouTubers that have used and tested it, anyone use their screens before? Buying from Amazon would be a lot more convenient and less pricey from Hoda/Shellrus/iMOS for me at least.

Been waiting on the Atlantic Blue Mous Limitless, hopefully its case friendly

For $75 for the Pro, it needs to be perfect. That’s so expensive for something that could break or crack since sapphire is more brittle.

I just received the updated version of the Torras. New version no longer has sharp edges. They’re rounded, similar to the esr armorite. Also has much better coverage. Very close to edge to edge. The black border still appears to be obstructing the screen ever so slightly but to a much less extent than before. Maybe like half a millimeter. Barely noticeable.

Would love to see some pictures of the revised version. Where did you order from?

I was sent the new model to test by Stella from customer service. Not sure if they’re available to purchase yet as she stated this version is only partially optimized and not yet the finished product.

If you were to order it, you can differentiate the new model from the old by the packaging. The logo on the new box is now textured instead of glossy and printed.

I’ll get you some pictures of it this afternoon when I have access to another camera.

I ordered a Torras off their website yesterday. It was shipped via Amazon Logistics today. We will see if I get the revised version or not. I will keep everyone updated.

Sapphire works for great for the premium cost, its a lot more effective at protecting from scratches than glass. Overall better protection.

If they waited this long to stealth drop it hopefully its built for the curved edges, I emailed them about it and no idea if they'll respond.

Fwiw I was sent this too, I agreed to receive the replacement and it seems it's still the old version since the packaging is exactly the same. Once we get pics of the new package (if possible @Cerneka take a pics of the two side by side please) I'll just send them the pictures and complain about unequal customer treatment and maybe just refund on Amazon.de and wait for the new one to be available

This is how my ESR Amorite aligned...I am not screen protector specialist and after reading most of the comments here, do you think these black borders are bleeding into the screen? Coming from a Spigen, the quality does seem top notch.

What do you guys think? Stick with this or try a different brand?

Application looks good. I bet it covers a small part of the screen, it seems like they all do, but it doesn’t look like it is a significant amount at all. If you switched to something else it would likely be the same. I’d stick with it.

I bought Belkin off the Apple Website.

I always find it interesting how many say negative things about the Belkin. I had the Belkin UltraGlass installed on my 13PM 2yrs ago. It still looks new. I’ve had a few good drops on concrete (Apple Leather Case) and frequently have change in a pocket or forget to put my car keys in the opposite pocket.
