Has anyone heard or seen anything from Otterbox on camera control updates for their cases? (Besides the regular clear symmetry and 3 or so lumen variants).

I already contacted support, camera ring rattling as hell and top right corner not sticking well. Third Pitaka case in a row with defects 😞.
That's my experience as well in the Tampa Bay Area. Amazon Prime delivery is great here! Oddly enough, Prime was pretty terrible when I lived outside of Seattle.

This tiny gap is a complete and utter non-issue IMO, as it appears on many cases not just RL's and has done for years across models due to the tolerances involved around the charge hole. You'd have to be completely OTT nuts to worry about such things that've been around for years without issue.

I would agree mostly the gap is so big deal, but there are some of us that have some major issues. Mine doesn't meet the bottom of my phone across are large part of the bottom of the phone. That is bad. Even Jun or ChatGPT cannot come up with an excuse for that.
Oh he didn't, he wanted pictures and wanted to figure out the issue. His responses are ChatGPT on this. He didn't even mention the gap being because of the USB-C charging port being bigger. Clearly thats not the answer here.
If mine turns out to be anything like urs ill probably ditch it.
You know when I had issues with TPU cases that would have gaps I would hold it about a foot and a half above the stove with the flame on (being careful to not get it too close) then push it inward and hold it for 10 seconds and repeat till the gap was gone. It would tighten up the case. I wonder if that would work with this case?
Oh I would too, I think I got a lemon. That is extreme from what I have seen.
Well the issue here is the bottom on the phone isn't fitting all the way down in the case. So the gap is created from the phone not being in the case fully. I would say this would work for anyone that just has a small gap, but I dont believe this would work for me.
That said, it's no big deal to me. I prefer the open bottom RL, so I will be using that until a CC version is available from them or BS.
I might go for the black leather Mous with Aliexpress button myself

RL do send people pics of cases to choose from; a few have done this

This can be improved by simply gently bending the case up at this part when not on the phone, typically. Unless you got a complete lemon with th a bad cut-out; rare and unlikely most of the time. No doubt later ones may be cut fractionally differently to improve it slightly, but not the massive problem being implied here.
I guess they'll send you a replacement anyway if you ask them?
