Might be a different ballgame this years with the new scratch and sniff aluminum 🤔
Ran across this on Reddit. The OP claims this damage was through a Torras case. What do you think, is this possible?

PSA about Apple tech woven case: dropped my iPhone 17 Pro from about 4 feet or less as I fumbled getting it out of my running arm band. It landed face down on a paved, running trail. Caused the damage to the frame at the top and the display in three places. I could see also the rough spot on the case lip. I returned the case the next day.

The top part of this case has a little bit more flex than i expected. I’m sure this is because of the large cut out for the plateau. This could be a problem with other cases that don’t have some structure around the camera lenses.

I see no point to get a $60 case that cannot protect your phone from a drop like this.

Anyone tried Smartish Gripmunk this year?

Caudabe Synthesis in Frost here today. IMO, this case is absolute perfection. I like everything about this one. Hopefully Caudabe will fix the finish on the black Synthesis and I will re-order that one again also.
This is my favorite 17PM case so far :)
Just praying the Sheath & Paragon are this good. Here are a few pics:

I've lost track on who has tried what cases - can you compare it to Dbrand Ghost?(or have you had a Ghost yet?)

I stayed away since it still doesn’t have a CC button

maybe mous was actually on to something when they pointed out that the top of the limitless case is rigid and does not bend.
