Thanks for emailing us about the MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) on iPhone.
Unfortunately, currently we're unable to activate the MMS on your account as our iPhone tariffs don't support this service.
However, you can view the MMS on our website online. All you'll need to do is, just enter your mobile number and the PIN number using the WAP link you must have received.
To view the MMS online, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on
www.o2.co.uk and sign-in with your Username and password.
2. Click on 'My picture messages' followed by 'My O2'.
3. Now select the option from the two available options- 'Domestic' or 'International' to view.
4. Enter the mobile number and PIN number you've received to view the MMS.

Your inbox will keep the message for 30 days from the time it was received and it'll then be deleted.
