I'm going to poke my nose in at Mobistar in Leuven to see what they have to say for themselves this weekend but I did just speak to CAMI in Brussels and they are expecting stock from Mobistar next week. Of course, whether they will get a White 32GB version is anyone's guess and I wouldn't be surprised if Mobistar were holding as much stock for themselves as possible.
i should get mine by next friday then.
The odd thing is, these factory unlocked iphones must be coming from somewhere. They cant all be from Italy, or Belgium. The unlocked iphone I bought from a UK seller must come with a UK plug.
So where are they getting them from??? Factory unlocked iphones must come from the factory.
They are probably coming from Hong Kong.
Even if it did come from Hong Kong i don't think it will have a UK plug.
Whoever gets thier Iphone first from handtec.... let us know which plug it comes with.
i'm very interested in this.

Some of the early 3gs sellers on Ebay have stopped listing - almost all have no feedback from iphone sales. This must have been supplied by the earlier loophole we just missed out on.
Personally I think there is a scam to be warey of. I've seen 2 ppl sell 32gb 3gs for less than we can buy in Belgium/Italy, and I've messaged them to get details and ask about local pick up. I was told they will get more in and want £150 non refundable deposit by paypal to go on the list. No pickup. Not sure of the date they'll get the next ones, and they'll offer it a bit cheaper too?The previous sales have no feedback.....Are they collecting deposits and running or are they really getting unlocked 32gb 3gs cheap from somewhere?
Hmmm.
Can any1 update me on the stock situation in Brussels? Thanks very much![]()
Today i got offer from Switzerland for officially unlocked iPhone. I never heard that Switzerland selling officially unlocked iPhones. Can anyone confirm this?

Can any of guys living in Belgium confirm if some of the Mobistar shops got iPhone 3gs deliveries today?
Situations change, and so off goes my 3GS.
I've been on phone with Applestore support line almost the whole day, because i've been "investigating" this worldwide warranty that Apple Italy promised someone. Well the situation is now this:
I talked to a nice girl on the phone in the morning. Told my situation (ok, i lied a bit). I told i've been staying in Italy but have now moved here, and I need my 3GS to be serviced. The problems that have come to me in these couple of days is the rattling (not a big problem actually) and today I also noticed that my screen is pretty much rippling of from the sides.
Well the Apple Support girl who I talked on the phone, kind of "felt my pain" and promised to ask about the service from his boss. After an hour she called my back. She told me that she was sorry but there is no worldwide warranty on iPhone (atleast it doesn't cover Finland). We talked about the situation and he gave me couple of options. First was that he can deliver the phone to Italy for a service, but that would probably take couple of weeks. The second option was that I send my phone back to Apple and they would refund the whole 699euros to my card.
After a little bit of a thought I decided that I'm going to for the second option. So she sent me the sticker for the package and a RMA number and on Monday UPS/TNT will come and pick my 3GS and after Apple has recived the phone they will refund me the money.
So now I'm without a iPhone for the rest of the month...and why the rest of the month? Our carrier (Sonera/TeliaSonera) starts to sell these on 31st. After I decided that I'm gonna take the refund, I chose that I'll wait the couple of weeks and buy me a 3GS from Sonera. Yeah it's Sim-locked but with the new finnish law, after i have signed the contract (you can get a contract with 2e/month here - without any packages and pay the whole phone in one) I can just call Sonera and tell them that I want to cancel my contract. Of course I have to pay the ETF (100euros) + the rest of the contract costs (2e/month) and the rest of the phones price (Real price minus the subsidied price). And after that, in two weeks Sonera is going to give me the code that i can unlock the iPhone.
That's the story...I'm kind of disapointed because i really liked the 3GS and now i have to live in a Nokia N95 -hell for rest of the month![]()
i will be ringing around again today no joy so far
i m also on a waiting list with macline thay may be gettiing them next week
