this is from their website:
iPhone 3G & iPhone 3GS purchased at the Apple Online Store can be activated with any wireless carrier. Simply insert the SIM from your current phone into iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS and connect to
iTunes 8.2 to complete activation.2 Purchase limitations may apply.
Ask them for the tracking number so you can track too!![]()
For the ppl who ordered from Hantec, ask what number they are in the queue, or for an order number, or reference, how many are before you, and then compare this.

Ok, australia might be the way to go for me, I have an uncle over there that might be willing to send it to me if i order it from the apple au website.
Just a couple of questions, hopefully someone here will be able to answer them for me!
If ordering from the australian website, does it matter which credit card you use, does it need to be from an australian bank?
Is there any website that would tell me how much it would cost to send the iphone (if i can figure out the weight of the box, or does anyone know!?) to Ireland?
Would it be a lot to insure the iphone when posting?
I'm just thinking, yes the iphone is much cheaper but with the posting, insurance, risk seeing as it coming quite a distance - would it be worth it?
I already did this, and the guy could not tell me.
my order number is 987505, without my name and address... the number is no good to anyone.
This should tell you if you are getting your iphone before me or after me.
My order number is 987503 so I think we should be getting both of ours within the same batch?
Hmmm - Wonder if the Oz Apple store checks the delivery address as carefully as Italy do?
Anyway, Order got put in last night - will let you know if it gets binned like my Italian ones did!

When checking my apple order, it seems these are coming via Asia carriers, so expecting it to get binned.
But my next plan is formulating ...
Wish I'd stop scheming and plotting!![]()
LoL
BTW, TIM is a telecommunication company in Italy (i.e. Vodafone, O2....etc). But unfortunately you can't order from their website unless you are in italy.
One guy was asking if there are any iphones in italy, so here you go... Go to TIM and get it and leave us live in hell with handtec![]()

my order number is 929289
Anyway I mailed them today asking to cancel my order and I already ordered HTC Touch HD instead of iphone 3GS.
After what I have faced with handtec and delay time, I do not need iphone anymore lol![]()

If you are interested in iphone 3GS 8GB from Italy you can get it from http://www.cellulare.net/prodotto/en/Apple/iPhone_3Gs_8Gb_Italia_Tim/2732
From what i researched it's a legit website...
Posting from the iPhone: mine is 987489. This means I should get mine earlier? What about dream?
thats odd, i did not think apple did an 8GB 3GS.
