iPhone 3Gs - Italy and Belgium - unlocked?

I was in Rome earlier this month for vacation and drove out to the mall where the one Italian Apple store is. I bought two 3Gs and one 3GS. I believe I could have bought more if I'd wanted to and they wouldn't have blinked an eye.
 
I hope everybody who has purchased from Handtec gets their product.

I heard a rumour, and after checking Experian, there is some worrying information on there about GPSK Ltd (Handtec).

I don't wish to post this information publicly, but thought I should share. I honestly hope that this is in no way connected to the delays in supply.
 
Hi guys

I was really busy (just finished 2 and a half hour after when i was suppose to finish!!) at work, i couldn't even post to say what happened to me:

So I called today to check my ordered, been told i will get my order tomorrow (or max Monday!). an hour later they called me and said if i change my order from 2 black iphones to 2 white, i would definitely get it tomorrow. I told them i want to stick with the blacks and they said then it will be next week! I am not sure if ordering 2 black iphones is the reason my order was put on hold?!

I have to say i am too tired now to care for now. however, i am happy for you guys :) Please post as soon as you receive you iphones. Just for reassurance.

I would very much like some 3rd party impartial feedback for our screen protectors, and I hope you can help.
I put them on the site a week ago, and the problem is that (while I know they're excellent ;) ), there is NO customer awareness of them as we have no history of selling iPhone accessories.

For those of you who have had the issues with handtec, if you post in here the screen protector you would like then I will send you one free of charge. Sorry I can only offer this to handtec casualties at the moment (by now we all know who they are)...really must be conscious of costs :)

If you like the protector, please send me a Christmas card, write me a poem, or follow PhoneDevil on twitter ;P
If you REALLY like it, please tell your friends, or write a book about it (preferably write the book and then give it to your publisher friends).
...Failing that, please write an impartial review in the accessories section of this iPhone forum and then copy and paste it into the feedback section on our website product page :)

The one flaw in this feedback session is that I don't know who will have a phone to test the screen protector on ;)

What kinda protectors are they? i have Mirror ones which i'm about to try out. the Mirror effect does make the phone look smart.

And i would not call myself a handtec casualty, just a customer.

anyone tried to order anything from www.ultra-case.com ?

Just an advice if you didn't.... DO NOT

I'm not talking about their products since i didn't try them yet, But am talking about ordering from them directly!

Bought several items and there was no option to choose any shipping option. they will ship with normal air mail from Hong Kong and it may take up to 14 days to deliver for any order! and after payment with paypal it's mentioned to visit www.awebtrack.com to get tracking number! which is a website for nothing!!!!! USELESS!

Anyway, after payment immediately i emailed them (the email address on their website) to ship with Express or any good shipping service but no reply. I noticed another email address when i got the receipt of paypal payment in my email (yes they use paypal only as their shopping cart) and emailed them the same and told them if it gonna cost more cancel one of the items i ordered (19.99 USD) and use it for the additional shipping cost.

After a couple of days they reply (with that email i found only on the paypal receipt) and said we canceled the item you requested and used the 19.99 USD to ship with express.

Then i emailed them to ask if there is any tracking number to track the shipment!

They emailed after a day and said, Quoting:

"The order with tracking number EA0xxxxxxxxHK has already been sent to you on July 16.

Delivery time is usually around 7 to 14 working days for Registered Air Mail. Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange and for reference purposes only. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. Thank you"

No I didn't receive any tracking number and moreover i pre-assume it is shipped with hongkongpost.com you can not simply track it online! it's a long process and they require a list of details to give the status by email or what ever.

Now where is my 19.99 USD ? does it truly cost 19.99 USD to ship with express instead of air mail?, that's if they shipped with express or a decent shipping service in the first place!

I emailed them to refund the 19.99 but didn't get any reply...

I'm frustrated and disappointed from them and i will never ever buy anything from ultra-case.com EVER AGAIN... simply because.. they stole 20 USD from me and didn't ship my order with a decent track-able shipping service as requested.

And this is an advice to all not to buy from ultra-case.com
 
Hi all, here is a pic of my iphone from Handtec.

the iphone was from Italy, and is now working on t-moilbe. BTW i have all the T-mobile settings if anybody needs them.
