Wow, 99 cents to unlock night mode? Not that it's a lot of money, but I guess this is the new business model that they were talking about. I switched to Downcast a few weeks ago because they updated for iPhone 6 first. I'm really digging that app, plus the Mac app was half of what Instacast charges. But I hope Instacast continues to do well. They served me well for a couple of years.

The oficial apple podcast app is a lot better now and I feel no need to use a 3rd party one. I bought instacast on version 3 and then kept being charged for updates or for silly things as someone mentions above. Greedy dev.

FYI for anyone who uses OmniFocus... They said on their forum they submitted the update 7-8 days ago so it should be coming any day now.

I've moved everything over to 2do and may end up sticking with that.

Google haven't mentioned in the update info or in the compatibility section inside but the app is certainly optimised for iPhone 6 & 6+.

Also new Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint for iPhone are also all optimised for 6 & 6+.

Still waiting on Snapchat, Spotify & WhatsApp.

whatsapp update would be nice too.. i use it for work purposes and cringe when i gotta open the app

List of outstanding apps yet to support the new resolutions and the time since being updated. I’m very surprised with a few of these; we are approaching two months since one of the biggest launches but the priority to push even a basic update seems to be at an all time low for some developers.
