eh, not really. mine's still 'preparing for shipment' and nothing in support profile and no tracking info when i use my order number or phone number (delivery date of 9/16). i think mine is already stateside so that's why but just wanted to mention that 'preparing for shipment' doesn't always mean it's entered into UPS system b/c it's def not the case for me.
