What time frame did you get when you placed the order? Did the confirmation email say that your phone is scheduled for 9/16 delivery?

I got the earliest possible, which was 9/26 - 10/4 sadly. I don't think it's coming any time soon.

Same here. They don't display the full tracking unless you're a myups customer which I'm not since my address is considered "commercial" and ineligible.

If you log in with any UPS account, you'll be able to see the full tracking number. It doesn't matter what the destination address is.

Got a departure scan from ZhengZhou at 4:49 PM (local time). Any clue where it's headed and how long does it take? Can't seem to find any flight at that time

I think you and I are on the same plane. Have the same departure time from Zhengzhou at 4:49PM. I'm guessing should be stateside by tomorrow for delivery Friday.

I got mine by going to ups.com. Hit tracking at the top. And on the left hand side track by reference. And simply put country US. And my phone number with no dashes as my reference number. It then pulled up my phone, and showed me where it was. It also gave me a tracking number when doing this, but i had to log in to mychoice to get the tracking number.

Yeah I have the same time as well for my 7+ black. I hope its going straight to Alaska because its been over 8 hours since it left Zhenzhou.

9/27-9/29 here too. Thinking if we don't see any activity today, it may be better to try the store this weekend. My question is, when do you cancel the order? The second you have the phone in your hand? My luck, they'll process my pre-order while the cancellation is processing.

Don't cancel your online order until you have one in the store: you can cancel the original online order with the store rep.

To add to that, if people with 9/27 - 9/29 dates (I'm in this group) have their statuses changed to Preparing For Shipment by this weekend, you will not be able to cancel their order nor purchase a phone in store unless you pay for the phone outright. That said, if our status does change to prepping for shipment by Friday/Saturday, our phones should be delivered no later than Tuesday/Wednesday next week.

Oh, yeah, I'm sorry to say that it's probably not coming on 9/16. Apple is conservative with their shipping estimates, so you might see it a week earlier than expected, but don't get your hopes up. Maybe check the online reservation system every day once it's back up on 9/17 to try to get one in store?
