Thanks - pretty cool stuff. Mine arrived at Incheon the same day and time yours did, but never departed - guess it missed it's flight.
I am seriously pissed ! I don't want to make matters worse for me by calling up UPS and trying to investigate this issue as they will have a standard BS response! This iPhone launch has been horrible so far. First, it was Apple who messed up, however they quickly acted and was able to ship out orders earlier than expected (atleast for some). Now, I guess its UPS's turn! I so wish Fedex carried my phone!
I am beginning to wonder why did I even buy the iPhone this year. All of this, just for a damn phone! Sad part is - all of us are paying money to go through this!
just got off the phone with UPS, my phone is stuck in Louisville but they said it would definitely be delivered to me tomorrow, despite my tracking info suggesting it will come Thursday...fingers crossed.
Mine has been in Zheng Zhou since Sunday,9/18. At first UPS said it would be delivered on Wednesday, 9/21. Last night they changed it to Thursday, 9/22. A few hours later it changed again to "Rescheduled".
"Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled
09/20/2016 2:10 P.M. Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery."

My ETA was 10/4-10/10. It's in the plane now and will be delivered tomorrow. If something happens and it's delayed a day - i'm not going to go crying and stomping my feet with UPS causing them grief. For something that's coming 2-3 weeks early.
I am in the same ship as well (no more boat ;P) Shipped 9/18 sch. del. was 9/20, last night got this update from UPS:

Mine del. window is way earlier than you and it's still processing thats the second one, first one should have here by today but del. resceduled.
that's exactly what i'm wondering....is there another flight leaving shortly or are we out of luck until tomorrow

Yesterday UPS said delivery 9/21 but they just updated it to 9/22... but that is way better than the initial delivery window of 10/4-10/10
I don't think that's what anyone was doing. A bunch of phones missed their flights causing delivery dates to be rescheduled. But that wasn't posted on their tracking info so it's ok if they want to inquire as to the whereabouts of their phone.
Nope. Only one flight out of Incheon. Looks like my phone missed todays flight and/or got bumped. Pretty disappointing given the "On Time for 9/20" that I was getting yesterday. I think UPS may be paying a price for overly optimistic projections and are just keeping mum on delivery until phones are out of Asia.
Not a great job by them. Hadn't had this issue on my last three opening day phone orders.
I'm still processing. AT&T 7 Plus 128GB matte black. Ordered around noon on 9/9 from Apple. Showing 10/4-10/10 delivery.
This is definitely the longest I've had to wait after launch, but it's totally a first-world problem. I can hope I get it before the shown dates, but I'm prepared to not see it before then.

There are a couple of flights that are leaving out of Zhengzhou to Shenzhen in the next several hours, but none to Seoul until late night tonight eastern time. Hopefully our phones get on one of those planes to get out of Zhengzhou.
Quick question. Does it seem like these delivery windows mean anything or are they just delivering on a first come first served basis. Asking because I am on the 10/12-10/19 window after ordering last week. It seems like we are one week away at most from getting to that window if Apple is delivering using the estimates provided.
Not quite fair. A bunch of us were delayed for a day out of Zhengzhou so missed UPS original "On Time for 9/20" projection. This remained UPS projection all through the day yesterday.
OK. The phones didn't make it on the passenger plane out of Zhengzhou to Korea yesterday but today they did. Yay!
Except once they got to Incheon, a UPS hub, *some* of the phones didn't get on the outbound flight (or maybe their pallet didn't get scanned) so now those of us who have adjusted our work schedule to meet the phone now don't know if we are looking at delivery tomorrow or Thursday (or later?).
This is not a cost free delay given people's schedules and the need for a signature. It is not the delay, per se, as weather, mechanical issue, etc. might cause that but the expectation UPS created, the plans made based on that expectation, UPS's failure to deliver due to reasons that are unclear and now a total lack of forward clarity. And this is not just for 1 or 2 phones but for a bunch of customers.

Unfortunately, to date, haven't seen any phones take that route. Maybe because of the current troubles they will rethink that.
Also haven't seen any phones take the late KoreanAir flight from ZhengZhou to Incheon...only the China Southern afternoon one.
