Again, I went all in because I kept thinking if i hang up now they'll probably pick up in a minute and I was doing nothing that would stop me from listening to the same songs on replay on speaker phone anyway.

I've found that Apple and the carriers typically can't change any shipping information on your order. But hey, if they did for you that's awesome!

Preordered 7+ 128G Jet Black with VZW, on iPhone upg. program thru Apple. If the phone gets here, and I don't like the + model, (I had a 6 before and don't know how I'll do with the +) what's the return policy on the upgrade program? Is it just like standard Apple returns? 14 days etc.
 
So frustrating...I got my reservation emails from Apple this morning. I clicked through the first one, got most of the way through, then the hit the "page not found" screen and after that, it was "Reservation not found".

Clicked through the other email, and was taken directly to "reservation not found "

Called Apple and all they could offer me was to place a new order with a 2-3 week shipping date...the emails did say I had until 09/10 at 4pm PDT to complete the orders...hopefully they'll have the system straightened out by then.

First-world problems, I know!! :D
 
Order my 7 plus rose gold 128GB online said 9/16 at 3:15est just checked the order status it now says 9/28 ....Verizon btw
 
I had to contact my credit card and authorize the transaction, same as last year. So hopefully everything goes through for the same date.

Yes, there are a few. I personally haven't seen any 7+ yet, but my 7 is preparing for shipment.

Same thing happened to me even though all the info in my Apple Account was accurate. I might have found a solution, though: Go to the Wallet app and click on the default Apple Pay card. You'll likely see (I hope) the transaction of your iPhone. click on the "i" in the bottom right and change/edit your address. It was with my old address even though I know I updated it before. Should hopefully be good to go there. You can also see the last 4-digit number that Apple assigns the card (it's different from your actual card...) and match it up with your transaction on your order.

Hope that helps...learn from my trial and error.
 
Mine has been on preparing for shipment all day, and I just got confirmation that my Otterbox shipped. With any luck, I will be able to introduce them to each other on Friday! :D

I tried preordering it at midnight and it wasn't going through so the apple app reserved one for me and told me to come back later.
